- Day 1 — Arrival & Welcome: A VIP driver picks you up at Istanbul Airport (IST or SAW) and takes you to the Marriott Executive Apartments in Fulya. The clinic is in the same building, so settle in and rest before your procedure.
- Day 2 — Procedure Day: Head downstairs to the clinic in the morning (surgeries start at 7:00 or 11:00). After a consultation and pre-operative blood and heart tests, the team performs your transplant. Rest in your apartment afterwards.
- Day 3 — Hair Wash & Departure: The clinic performs your first hair wash, hands over your medication and care kit, and walks you through aftercare before your VIP transfer back to the airport.
