This notice is the SMS / text-messaging privacy policy for Doctours Health, Inc. (“Doctours”, “we”, “us”). It applies to texts we send to mobile numbers, including from +1 406 693 8076.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

What we collect

When you consent to SMS (including by checking the SMS box on a Doctours Instant Form named US | General Hair Services | SMS consent, by checking the SMS box on https://www.doctours.com/sms-consent, or by texting START), we collect your mobile phone number and that messaging consent. Screenshots of the Instant Form SMS box are posted on https://www.doctours.com/sms-consent and below.

How we use it

We use your mobile number only to send you first-party SMS about your hair restoration inquiry and coordinating your care. Message frequency varies. Up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

We may use a text-messaging vendor solely to deliver messages you consented to receive. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent to third parties, affiliates, or advertising partners for their marketing or promotional purposes.
