I found Heva online after researching experts who could do a female no shave (implantation area). My consultant was Mary. I paid and my area of concern was the crown and surrounding thinning. The donor areas are performed with the same process no matter the implantation style. PRP was to be included. I traveled to SAW airport from Tirana, Albania. The airport transfer was confusing and frustrating, my sim card stopped working and had no way of contacting anyone. Eventually I found the 12 column pillar the 3E transportation company used to flag down my driver and get me to the hotel. The hotel was farther away than expected. Oliver met me at the hotel and took me to one of three locations for blood draw and consultation. Dr. Seda explained the procedure plan to Oliver and he translated it into English. Transfers between clinic and hotel were arranged for me. The next morning we were transported to hospital for the procedure. I was told the procedure would have two teams one for the FUE along the edges and DHI for the rest. This did not occur. I knew the procedure was going to take the full day. The team operating did not speak English. The team was super responsive and patient to my needs. They played music and the sound of their discussions had a calming effect. I cannot confirm the PRP was performed as no communication of what was happening at the different stages was happening. The anesthesia was difficult and some areas were not anesthetized as much as others so I indicated I was in pain and they applied more anesthesia to the area. They gave me water, a bathroom break and some minutes to calm down my nerves. I didn't know exactly what had been done but was glad to see the end. I was transported back to the hotel and prepared my bed with pads for expected bleeding overnight. I woke with no blood at all, no swelling, and no pain. After a day of rest, the following day was to be the head wash. I was transported to the main Heva office and was sprayed with a foam wash, let it sit for 30 to 45 min then it was washed off. Mary explained the product package and how and when to use them all. Overall, I had a great experience, while there are several communication opportunities for improving for future guests. Heva is a small team that is growing in business and size. The Heva crew was extremely friendly, cheerful, uplifting, and exciting to be around. They took such good care of me and it made okay for me to be doing this solo as they made the experience personalized which made the whole disconformable parts totally worth it!
