I recently traveled for a hair transplant procedure, opting for the "Diamond" package at Heva Clinic, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The decision to venture abroad for a procedure like this felt daunting at first, but with the right preparation and support, it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The clinic itself was top-notch. Heva Clinic provided an exceedingly professional atmosphere, with friendly staff who made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The expertise of the surgical team was impressive, which eased my nerves significantly. They took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, ensuring I knew what to expect. The care didnt stop once the procedure was over; the aftercare provided was thorough and personalized, making the recovery process seamless and worry-free. The only negative part was that they didnt let me record on my phone while I was in there. There was a specific nurse that borderline screamed at me for including her in my shot. Doctours played an essential role in making this journey stress-free. They coordinated all aspects of my trip, from airport pickups to scheduling my appointments. Their communication was excellent, always keeping me informed and checking in regularly. While the ground transportation was generally good, they made me wait in the airport for 30 minutes, but overall, the support from the Doctours team made me feel confident and well taken care of throughout my stay. As for my accommodation, I was absolutely impressed. The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area when I had some downtime. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, combining expert medical care with a supportive travel environment. I wholeheartedly recommend both Heva Clinic and Doctours for anyone considering a hair transplant abroad. You wont be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at Heva. Few things though when I booked for four nights, they only booked me in a hotel for three nights. I paid the extra fee to have a doctor do my surgery. It was still the technicians who primarily worked on my head. I was never properly introduced to the surgeon, so I’m not sure if it was a surgeon even there there is no one specific doctor associated with this clinic. like most clinics also once I return home, it’s been a week now. No one has reached out to see how things are going as I found out afterwards most people that get this type of surgery done their surgeon reached out to them and check on them to make that sure things are OK.Heva does provide an app to help you through the process, but I feel like I overpaid for the surgeon in never met a doctor. I just pray that everything is done correctly as I may come to find out most of these hair transplant clinics have a doctor associated to the clinic. Like I said, my experience was great but now that I’m finding stuff there are other options whether a doctor are hands-on. Update: after my previous review Heva did reach out to me asap and I really appreciate that and they cleared up all my concerns and the woman that was in the room was my doctor and she did work on my head I couldn’t find her photo on the website but if you pay for the service she will definitely be there from the beginning of the appointment. It was just 3 or 4 other people in the room when you meet her to get started so I wasn’t 100% sure at the time. Like I said from the beginning my visit was great I just wasn’t sure about the doctor but I stand corrected she was there. I would and have recommended this clinic to people so if you are considering a hair transplant contact Heva.

I had a great experience with this clinic. They have been great to work with ever since the first consultation. They explained the entire process great and took care of everything from the time I landed to the time I headed back home. Nas was my doctor and she did a great job helping me determine how I want the transplant to look. I would advise choosing the option of sedation as I did and slept through almost the entire procedure. I am very happy with my results and would recommend Heva to anyone else considering.

Review of my full experience a year later, so read before you decide. Had my procedure done here in June 2024. 2500 grafts. I had 2 major issues and other little ones so I took 2 stars off. First, they only did the hairline, not top or crown without explicitly mentioning during the initial consultation nor the day of consultation. In fact, day of consultation I asked the doctor if i could do the no-shave option, she said that full shave is better so we can cover more areas beyond the hairline. 2 weeks later I learned the procedure was for hairline ONLY😳 Second, I asked specifically to have only single hair grafts in the very front of hairline, yet they implanted a few multiple hair grafts in the front😫 Little issues that are less important: 1- I asked for the receipt but I still never received it. 2- the never used the micro camera during the consultation to analyze my hair grafts. 3- overall hygiene felt suboptimal. 4- the clinic is located in a different place than the consultation office. Other than that I want to thank the nurses and staff for the great service and hospitality. Also the transportation and hotel were excellent, however I only care about the final results. Honestly I am a bit disappointed I took a week off work and I live in California so it was a very long flight.

Everything well extremely smooth. I stayed in Antwell hotel. They took me from the hotel to the hospital, then back again. Everything was planned beforehand from Heva so transportation from the clinic was easy. The operation went well, i stayed one night at the hospital and everyone was nice. Im in love with the results, ive been insecure about my forehead for years but after the operation ill be more confident with myself thanks to Dr. Uğur Horoz!!

I was outright lied to by Heva Clinic before my trip to Istanbul. I sent detailed photos via WhatsApp, and they explicitly promised they could restore my hairline, mid-scalp, and crown. When I arrived, they completely backtracked, claiming it was “impossible,” leaving my crown untouched and wasting my time and money. The results are a catastrophic failure. Initial growth stalled dead at 7 months – zero progress since. Their rotating cast of unqualified technicians botched the job, despite my package guaranteeing the surgeon would handle most of the work. Technicians did at least 85% instead. They quoted 4,200 grafts, but anyone can see that’s a blatant lie from the sparse, pathetic outcome. Their fake Reddit cheerleaders posting “miracle” results for balder guys than me? Pure bot propaganda. Meanwhile, despite dutasteride, minoxidil, oils, and vitamins, my transplant is a total write-off. $3,300 vanished with zero refund, zero apology – just a mangled scalp that tanked my confidence and spiked my anxiety/depression. Met with them over video today, they blamed me for the hair not growing, told me my expectations were too high and they told me to come back. I am not going back to them. They offered no solution and won't give me my money back. This was the worst investment i have ever made and i will continue to warn people all over social media to avoid this place. Now I’m stuck hunting a reputable clinic to fix their mess and finally do my crown. DO NOT GO TO HEVA – THEY WILL RUIN YOU.

Hello, my name is Rafal, and I wanted to share my experience with my dental treatment at Heva Clinic. From my first visit, I felt confident and at ease, both in the clinic and at the hotel. The entire medical staff was very professional and kind, and Simon (the translator) was very helpful from the very first meeting. The first visit involved bone reconstruction, and everything went very professionally. Six months later, the next visit involved implant placement, which was also excellent. And finally, after another three months, the final visit, and the new teeth were installed, everything was great. The final result was wow! I'm very satisfied and happy with the final result. HEVA=OVERHARVESTED Miałem zabieg przeszczepu włosów w klinice Heva 02-04-2025, Klinika przydzieliła mi lekarza panią doktor Ozlem Bulu, Po przeanalizowaniu włosów do przeszczepu ustaliliśmy pobór na 2000 do 2500 graftów. I had a hair transplant procedure at the Heva clinic 02-04-2025, The clinic assigned me a doctor, Dr. Ozlem Bulu, After analyzing the hair for transplantation, we set the collection at 2000 to 2500 grafts. The doctor said that we would do 3000 and it should be fine. Unfortunately, she assigned technicians who took over 4200 grafts and caused OVERHARVESTED of the donor area, the head after the transplant looks terrible, no hair, thinning, holes in many places. The clinic does not know how to deal with the problem, they try to blame the client, saying that it is a second transplant. Over 4200 grafts taken, 2700 implanted - the rest in the trash. The head looks dramatic despite assurances of high standards of the procedure, no one really supervised it and the technicians did whatever they wanted. AVOID THIS PLACE. I will send a photo and provide details so that no one else loses their health there.

Very professional staff, clean clinic, and excellent service from start to finish. Everything was well organized, including hotel and transfers. The doctors and team made me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommended!

Jennie was great for after care and I really appreciate her breaking down all the details needed for the healing to come. She was also helpful with printing out medical accommodation papers when requested. I do appreciate them not being pushy with up selling products but just offering the options they have available. Communication was a little spotty and sometimes having to request information more than once so I do suggest you ask all questions if you can upfront when you start communicating with the office to clear any concerns before you come, instead of addressing them as you go. But overall a good experience with staff and doctors. Easy transport and Stay at the hotel. Just minor qualms with communication.

I was nervous about flying all the way to turkey just for a hair transplant, but I'm so glad I did. The professionalism was top tier. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly empathetic, caring, and genuinely invested in my recovery. Before I even arrived, the team coordinated my flight information to ensure a driver was waiting for me at the airport. They then took me to the hotel they had arranged, which was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. On the day of my procedure, my driver arrived right on time and took me to the clinic. The staff walked me through every step of the day, answered all of my questions, and even coordinated lunch—which, by the way, the chicken and rice was delicious! Before the procedure, I had a consultation with the surgeon to discuss the hairline I wanted, and I never felt rushed during that process. The surgery lasted about seven hours, and afterward they provided clear aftercare instructions along with access to an app that contains everything you need for recovery. It made the post-op process simple and easy to follow. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the transportation and accommodations to the professionalism of the medical team and the quality of care, Heva Clinic exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Hi I came all the way down from Tennessee, USA!! It’s day 10 and all the scabs washed off beautifully yesterday. I didn’t have no swelling or infection or irritation (Thank God) I have to give a special thank you to Dr. Seda. She was honestly one of my favorite parts of the entire experience. Even with the language barrier, her personality came through loud and clear. She was warm, energetic, and had a way of making me feel comfortable. Every time she came into the room, she brought good energy with her. There was also a translator (I’m not sure of her name) who directed me to the lady I had to pay for the procedure. Both of them were very kind. They made the start of the day great! Telling me I won’t have to wear a durag much longer after today and other small things like I smelled great which really set a positive tone for the rest of the day and made me feel more at ease going into everything. I just appreciate small things like that. I was very concerned about graft numbers. I wanted to make sure my crown got the attention it needed aswell as the front and I probably asked more questions than most patients. But Dr. Seda listened to my concerns, evaluated my case thoroughly, and the team ultimately worked with me to reach 4,000 grafts, including beard grafts. I wanted more grafts but I really appreciated the concern. The technicians were professional and reassuring throughout the procedure. There was a point where I questioned a spot they were working on because it had been bald for years, and one of the technicians simply told me to trust him and I did. On top of that they did a phenomenal job with the designs of the grafts and how they stacked it. I’m hoping it sprouts successfully. All 3 did an amazing job. My WhatsApp representative was always responsive, polite, and patient with me. No matter how many questions I had, he always answered them and never made me feel like I was bothering him also made sure my ride came on time. Another person who stood out was Amy. What started as a conversation about aftercare turned into a genuine conversation about hair transplants and recovery. She was very down-to-earth and made me feel welcome. The staff made sure I was comfortable, fed, and taken care of throughout the process. 1 lady made sure I was warm. Also my recovery has also gone smoothly with very little swelling, and all of my scabs were gone by day 9. I chose Heva Clinic because of their reputation for producing great results, and after experiencing the process for myself, I can see why. It’s still early in my journey, but so far I’m very happy with my decision and excited to see my final results. I don’t want to do this again lol but if I need a second I 1000% would chose Heva again. 10/10

I wish I could remember the clinic assistants name who was our information and facilitator for the day. She was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and personable!! (Chin length curly dark hair, stylish). I had a great experience with HEVA Hair Clinic overall, but what truly stood out was their aftercare department!! From the moment my procedure was completed, they were incredibly thoughtful, professional, and genuinely personable. And also ALWAYS available for answering my questions and concerns (even still 4 months post op)!! Their follow-up was thorough and consistent, making sure all of my questions were answered and that my recovery was progressing as expected. I never felt like just another patient—they treated me with genuine care and courtesy throughout the entire process. J'ai effectué une greffe capillaire chez HEVA CLINIC le 7 mai 2026 et je tenais à faire un petit retour d'expérience. Tout était parfait, de la prise de contact depuis Paris, l'organisation de mon voyage en passant par l'accueil, la navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel (RADISSON BLU ASIA), entre l'hôtel et la clinique. Personnel très sympa et à l'écoute. Je veux remercier chaleureusement Julia qui parle très bien le français (parce que je parle pas du tout turc, ni anglais). Elle m'a aidé depuis le premier jour et m'a accompagné durant tout mon parcours depuis la France. Un grand merci également à Emmanuel qui a été là comme interprète le jour de l'opération et pour ses conseils pour le traitement post-opératoire. Docteur Selda ( médecin que j'ai désigné pour mon intervention), une dame très professionnelle, gentille et souriante. Pour finir je remercie toute l'équipe de HEVA pour leur accueil. Je suis très content du travail qui a été fait sur ma tête et très impatient de voir le résultat dans quelques mois. La seule déception que j'ai eu, c'est de n'avoir pas pu visité la ville d'Istanbul. Je suis arrivé le 6 mai très tard à l'hôtel, et le lendemain il y a eu l'intervention. Du coup je ne pouvais plus être exposé au soleil. Mais je compte revenir prochainement et cette fois pour faire du tourisme.

Service was INCREDIBLEEEEE from before I got in via whatsapp, to the airport, to the hotel, to the clinic, to wash day at the clinic back to the airport. People are friendly, they have translators in english and frencj. You never feel alone or lost. Someone is there every step of the way. They are very patient, nice, hygenic...clic is immaculate. Food offer was very good. Worth EVERY penny.

I can’t recommend Heva Clinic highly enough — a full 5/5, 10/10, five-star experience from start to finish. I travelled from London on the Friday and was met at the airport by a private taxi. The transfer felt smooth and luxurious, and the hotel was lovely, with breakfast included. There were great facilities such as a spa, cinema, swimming pool and more. Although I didn’t get the chance to make use of them (I went to Istanbul for one reason only 👨‍🦲!), it was really nice knowing those options were available during my stay. On Saturday, transplant day, we were picked up from the hotel lobby and taken to the clinic. From the moment we arrived, the clinic looked immaculate and had a sleek vibe. We were greeted with warm smiles and positive energy from the entire team. I was understandably nervous at first, but I was very quickly put at ease and felt confident and comfortable throughout the whole day. During my consultation, while designing my new hairline, it genuinely felt like their priority was making sure I was happy and that everything was planned perfectly. I never once felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated — especially as I tend to overthink big decisions and panic under pressure. The entire experience felt calm and reassuring. The procedure itself began with local anaesthetic (which really weren’t that bad), followed by the extraction of follicles from my donor area. After that, we broke for lunch before continuing with the transplant. Halfway through the procedure, they paused and brought in the hairline designer, surgeon and other doctors to review the progress with me and ask if I was happy or wanted any changes. That moment really made me feel in control and involved in the process. There was always a translator available whenever I needed one, which was brilliant. At the end of the day, they provided a neck pillow and aftercare items. The whole procedure took around 10 hours, but I stayed in great spirits throughout and left the clinic with a huge smile on my face. A massive shout-out to my medical team — Sahsene and Caner — and my surgeon, Mert. They were outstanding at what they do and communicated with me clearly every step of the way, making me feel completely at ease. Sunday was wash day. After breakfast, we were again collected from the hotel and taken back to the clinic, where they washed my hair and answered any questions I had. I raised a few concerns I’d thought about overnight, and they immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly, including the next steps and how to use the aftercare kit. They also have an interactive app you download, which gives you a clear day-by-day guide on what you can and can’t do — such as when you can wear a cap, be exposed to the sun, or remove scabs. I thought this was a great touch, as it saved me from endlessly searching online or scrolling through Reddit. They did offer optional 3-month and 6-month aftercare kits from a company called Perseus, which included serums, a derma roller and additional shampoos and more products to promote hair growth. I would have loved to purchase one, but unfortunately it was outside my budget at the time (around £150 for 3 months and around £250 for 6 months). After that, we were driven back to the airport for our flight home. The only advice I’d give you is to find a late afternoon flight, like maybe around 6/7pm because we got driven to the airport and arrived at 3:30pm and because I got a late 10:30pm flight I had to wait 7 hours till my flight. Overall, I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Heva Clinic for their professionalism, attention to detail and overall care. 10s 10s TENS across the board. No notes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend HEVA Clinic. The doctors, drivers and consultants were really helpful throughout the entire process. They arranged pickups from the airport, from the hotel to the clinic and back to the airport. The doctors ensured I did not feel any pain during extracting. When I did feel a little bit of pain, they paused and provided more anesthesia to the area. Although my process took about 7-8 hours, my doctors took their time. They provided lunch and the location is has a really nice appearance as well.

Overall a good experience I was taken care of since I landed in Istanbul. Transfer, hotel was easy and smooth. The communication worked ideally with the consultant and drivers. The head surgeon and techs took their time with me and assured that my proposals were in consideration. Post operation team also answers the questions that I’ve got now when I’m back home again. Overall I’m happy with the first part of this journey.

I was originally going to go to Asli Tarcan Clinic but ultimately chose HEVA. I will tell you I do not regret that decision whatsoever so ever, I had such a great experience and the professionalism throughout all levels of the service was top notch. Surprisingly once it was the operation day, everything was quick and straightforward. Fill out paper work, make payment, draw hairline (the doctor gave me the option to design it myself or let them do it), cut hair then on to the procedure. I knew that if I was given the option to draw my hairline I would make it too low and straight, so I allowed the doctor to do it, and everyone, I am not kidding when I say I was so impressed with her design not only did she draw one I loved but she also captured the exact shape of my original hairline. I tried to hide how excited I was and just told them “I like it” 😂. Their English was very good at all so there wasn’t much words I could use to describe my excitement to them. After the design it was on to the operation (which was at a mother location about 3 min away). The operation was about 7-8 hours total, and as far as pain, there were only two instances of them: lots of needles of anesthesia to the back, and to the front of the scalp, with the latter being the worse (8/10 on the pain scale) but after about 5 min the scalp became completely numb and everything was smooth sailing. Tbh, the worst part was just how uncomfortable it was laying in all the different positions for so long. The extraction and insertion part was done by the techs, but the creation of the channels was done exclusively by the doctor. Also during the whole procedure the doctor would drop in to inspect their work from time to time. After the long procedure, they proceeded onto to the prp session, which involved them injecting the plasma into the transplanted area. The anesthesia was still in effect so there wasn’t any pain at all. After wards, I went back to the lobby area and met up with some of the other patients. We all compared our results and we were all excited and taking pictures. Most I would assume had about 3000-4000 grafts while only few needed less or more work. Only one guy had sedation while the rest of us (there was about 7 guys total) so we all complained about how uncomfortable and painful it was. lol. But, nevertheless, we were happy with the results. You can just feel the difference in confidence from the start to the end. After that, I went back to my hotel, took some of the medication they gave me, and struggled through the night to sleep. 😴 The next day, was the first wash. At first I was excited to was my hair and get the bandages removed, but I was in for a surprise with how uncomfortable it would be. They make you sit down and lay your head back in a hair-wash station that is very uncomfortable and the water pressure they used to clean was unexpectedly very strong 😮‍💨 it’s possible that some grafts might dislodge (in my case) so they will replace them back into the channels, which i didn’t feel at all. Another person was bleeding a bit so the doctor gave them a shot of blood thinners. This was pretty much the end of all the pain and procedures, next was just them explaining how to use the after care kit which is a month worths while also trying to upsale you on a larger 3 month or 6 month kit that came with even more care products. I ended up going with the 3 month kit 😅 After that I just went back to my hotel, ate, took the meds they gave me and tried to squeeze in as much sleep before waking up to catch my 7am flight back home. So far the recovery process has been pretty good, no swelling, pain nor itching. Just the usual having trouble sleeping in the recommended position. I’ve been sticking faithful to the medication, and have been applying the hair care products as instructed, I’ve also been applying cortizone with aloe to my donor area to prevent any inflammation and itching. So far it’s been working well. Overall great experience with the clinic, and so far the recovery is going well, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering it.

Very impressed with my results this far at month 7. Really glad I picked Heva clinic after a year of researching. Honestly, once you’ve done your research pull the trigger. I started topical fin/min and derma roll. Use batana oil and non SLS shampoo and conditioners. Still try to maintain a clean diet and cut out smoking and only drink on rare occassion. Obviously this is not a necessity, but I rather do what I can to get my best results at 12-18 months.

This review is about my personal experience with HEVA clinic and not an advise or any suggestions. I had my hair and teeth crowns done there. Went through the hell of experience. Very shortly one of the crowns chipped. Had to come back (which is quite costly) and few of the crowns were replaced under warranty. Few - because instead of one-by-one or two-by-two, the whole set of upper crowns were placed as a single interconnected bridge. No wonder that a few months later 4 more crowns got chipped. Had to come back for the third time. Transfers were a disaster, wait time from 40 to 1 hour 25 minutes, staff was blaming Istanbul traffic like it's a big surprise. While negotiating treatment plan for my companion we were presented with the treatment plan, including warranty, hotel, basically the package. We were alerted to potential changes on the treatment plan based on the exam and tomography. But what we were not told was that if we do not accept the revised treatment plan, we'd be required to pay for the hotel and transfers. Treatment plan changed from the price I paid because of "no bone" - but no bone left was confirmed via texts prior to our arrival to Istanbul. But most importantly, the warranty was taken away from the package. We were explained that the crowns and implants have a warranty - but if they fall off, there's no re-do. When I pointed out that the implants and crowns stored in the jewelry box and not placed where they belong to, and my companion absolutely refused to take the chance worth the price I paid, only then we were informed that because the new treatment plan was not accepted, we are required to pay for our hotel. Which we did. Apparently, HEVA did not notice that and informed us that they had to pay for the hotel. Me sending screenshot from the credit card confirming my payment for the hotel did not make any difference. During all the texts back and forth I found out total lack of coordination between the members of the team. One person confirms the cancellation while another confirms the appointment and so on. Even though HEVA clinic was the one that arranged my treatments in the clinic that did such a poor job and required me to come back twice, HEVA seems to be so proud of standing by the warranty terms and providing treatments under such warranty. I also did not like customer service practice when the salesperson is badmouthing about his competitors, and when I express my concerns and great disappointments, accusing me of manipulating and being abusive, and when mentioning me seeking legal help, accusing of bluffing. When I mentioned that I will post my honest review so people can make their informed decisions, I was accused of trying to hurt their business. My request to be provided with the records of all the treatments done in all three visits was ignored several times and finally answered "I don't have it".

From very first contact, they were very kind, honest, and stayed in touch with me for a whole year before I came to the clinic. However, everything changed when I actually arrived. I had already paid a deposit before coming, but when I got to the clinic, no one was there to receive me. I had to reach out again just to get someone to welcome me. It felt like I surprised them, and they were not prepared for my visit. I had my hair transplant procedure on June 22, 2023, but the experience was far from what I expected. The doctor only met with me for barely two minutes, the translator was late, and the overall process felt rushed and disorganized. I even started feeling afraid before the operation due to the lack of professionalism. What bothered me even more was that they seemed overwhelmed with other patients and surgeries. Their attention was clearly focused on others, and I felt neglected throughout the process. This lack of personal care was frustrating and disappointing. To be fair, I did get better results than others, especially at the front of my scalp, and I am satisfied with the outcome there. However, the overall treatment and experience were very disappointing. There were clear mistakes in the implantation process, and while the front looks good, my hair has thinned overall, and I now need a second transplant for the crown and middle areas. Their diagnosis was also inaccurate. They told me my crown area was only slightly thin and that they would implant there, but they didn’t do anything in that area. Now, I need another procedure to cover that part. When I reached out again, especially as a returning customer, I was surprised that they increased the price of the procedure. I asked them for a discount or special offer, but they said their prices are fixed and even warned me that prices would increase further if I delayed. They even recommended I find another clinic with lower prices. To make things worse, the person I had trusted and been in contact with no longer works with them. Sadly, I’m very disappointed with how I was treated, and I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
