I recently traveled for a hair transplant procedure, opting for the "Diamond" package at Heva Clinic, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The decision to venture abroad for a procedure like this felt daunting at first, but with the right preparation and support, it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The clinic itself was top-notch. Heva Clinic provided an exceedingly professional atmosphere, with friendly staff who made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The expertise of the surgical team was impressive, which eased my nerves significantly. They took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, ensuring I knew what to expect. The care didnt stop once the procedure was over; the aftercare provided was thorough and personalized, making the recovery process seamless and worry-free. The only negative part was that they didnt let me record on my phone while I was in there. There was a specific nurse that borderline screamed at me for including her in my shot. Doctours played an essential role in making this journey stress-free. They coordinated all aspects of my trip, from airport pickups to scheduling my appointments. Their communication was excellent, always keeping me informed and checking in regularly. While the ground transportation was generally good, they made me wait in the airport for 30 minutes, but overall, the support from the Doctours team made me feel confident and well taken care of throughout my stay. As for my accommodation, I was absolutely impressed. The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area when I had some downtime. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, combining expert medical care with a supportive travel environment. I wholeheartedly recommend both Heva Clinic and Doctours for anyone considering a hair transplant abroad. You wont be disappointed.

it’s been 3 and half months post op growth been kinda nuts 😂 it’s like i woke up to a new hairline haven’t cut my hair at all yet my native hair however keeps on breaking. naturally my hair is brittle but is this all part of the shedding process? everytime i rough up my hair my broken hair strands are in my palm or all over my floor i’m not on any meds. i don’t want to take any as the mental health side effects scare me more than reduced labido. i need to calm down with sex anyway i have too much.

I was originally going to go to Asli Tarcan Clinic but ultimately chose HEVA. I will tell you I do not regret that decision whatsoever so ever, I had such a great experience and the professionalism throughout all levels of the service was top notch. Surprisingly once it was the operation day, everything was quick and straightforward. Fill out paper work, make payment, draw hairline (the doctor gave me the option to design it myself or let them do it), cut hair then on to the procedure. I knew that if I was given the option to draw my hairline I would make it too low and straight, so I allowed the doctor to do it, and everyone, I am not kidding when I say I was so impressed with her design not only did she draw one I loved but she also captured the exact shape of my original hairline. I tried to hide how excited I was and just told them “I like it” 😂. Their English was very good at all so there wasn’t much words I could use to describe my excitement to them. After the design it was on to the operation (which was at a mother location about 3 min away). The operation was about 7-8 hours total, and as far as pain, there were only two instances of them: lots of needles of anesthesia to the back, and to the front of the scalp, with the latter being the worse (8/10 on the pain scale) but after about 5 min the scalp became completely numb and everything was smooth sailing. Tbh, the worst part was just how uncomfortable it was laying in all the different positions for so long. The extraction and insertion part was done by the techs, but the creation of the channels was done exclusively by the doctor. Also during the whole procedure the doctor would drop in to inspect their work from time to time. After the long procedure, they proceeded onto to the prp session, which involved them injecting the plasma into the transplanted area. The anesthesia was still in effect so there wasn’t any pain at all. After wards, I went back to the lobby area and met up with some of the other patients. We all compared our results and we were all excited and taking pictures. Most I would assume had about 3000-4000 grafts while only few needed less or more work. Only one guy had sedation while the rest of us (there was about 7 guys total) so we all complained about how uncomfortable and painful it was. lol. But, nevertheless, we were happy with the results. You can just feel the difference in confidence from the start to the end. After that, I went back to my hotel, took some of the medication they gave me, and struggled through the night to sleep. 😴 The next day, was the first wash. At first I was excited to was my hair and get the bandages removed, but I was in for a surprise with how uncomfortable it would be. They make you sit down and lay your head back in a hair-wash station that is very uncomfortable and the water pressure they used to clean was unexpectedly very strong 😮‍💨 it’s possible that some grafts might dislodge (in my case) so they will replace them back into the channels, which i didn’t feel at all. Another person was bleeding a bit so the doctor gave them a shot of blood thinners. This was pretty much the end of all the pain and procedures, next was just them explaining how to use the after care kit which is a month worths while also trying to upsale you on a larger 3 month or 6 month kit that came with even more care products. I ended up going with the 3 month kit 😅 After that I just went back to my hotel, ate, took the meds they gave me and tried to squeeze in as much sleep before waking up to catch my 7am flight back home. So far the recovery process has been pretty good, no swelling, pain nor itching. Just the usual having trouble sleeping in the recommended position. I’ve been sticking faithful to the medication, and have been applying the hair care products as instructed, I’ve also been applying cortizone with aloe to my donor area to prevent any inflammation and itching. So far it’s been working well. Overall great experience with the clinic, and so far the recovery is going well, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering it.

Very impressed with my results this far at month 7. Really glad I picked Heva clinic after a year of researching. Honestly, once you’ve done your research pull the trigger. I started topical fin/min and derma roll. Use batana oil and non SLS shampoo and conditioners. Still try to maintain a clean diet and cut out smoking and only drink on rare occassion. Obviously this is not a necessity, but I rather do what I can to get my best results at 12-18 months.

4K grafts- Heva clinics- after month 7 - 2,5 oral min + 1,5 mg oral fin. Happy with the result after a slow start. Meds worked in my favor. Keep positive! I found the 1 year journey pretty challenging haha.

Very satisfied so far with my results. Hoping for more density, but can live with current density. Right side is a little thinner than left side is, but was that way prior to transplant. Hair texture is different in recipient area, hope it will correct itself in time. I had 3,200 grafts transplanted, not on any meds, wasn’t bald just born with a naturally recessed hairline.

I got a HT at the end of November at Heva clinic and so far I’m at day 18. Had roughly 4500 grafts put in and the only side effect I’ve been feeling is slight itchiness in the donor area.

WARNING: Heva Clinic Destroyed My Smile and My Trust — A Complete Dental Nightmare DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTAL TREATMENT! I write this with deep regret, physical pain, and emotional distress. What was supposed to be a convenient, all-in-one treatment at Heva Clinic turned into a horrific experience that left me with ruined teeth, permanent gum damage, and thousands of euros in losses. I chose Heva because I knew the owner personally. He promised me I’d be treated by a highly experienced dentist with 25+ years of experience. I trusted him. I was also planning a hair transplant, and the idea of doing everything under one roof sounded ideal. That trust was a huge mistake. THE RED FLAGS STARTED IMMEDIATELY: When I arrived, I was told there were electrical problems at the clinic — and my dental work would be done elsewhere. Strange, but I went along. But from the first appointment, everything felt rushed, chaotic, and unprofessional. Here’s what was missing: ❌ No proper consultation ❌ No X-rays ❌ No 3D scan ❌ No digital smile design or CEREC imaging ❌ No time to discuss anything Without asking meaningful questions, the dentist simply numbed my mouth and began shaving down my teeth. The only thing she asked me was, “You want a Hollywood smile, right?” — before aggressively grinding down my natural teeth in under 2 hours. I was in shock. It felt more like a dental factory, not a clinic. 💉 RUSHED WHILE STILL DIZZY FROM SURGERY The next day I had my hair transplant — which, to be fair, went well. But only 40 minutes later, still dizzy from Xanax, I was dragged back to try on temporary crowns. I was in no condition to evaluate anything. What they gave me was awful: Bulky, oversized, and pushed far too forward. I showed reference photos and asked for a balanced, natural design — they nodded, pretended to understand, then ignored everything. Each version after that got worse: Too wide. Too big. Too far forward. I rejected design after design, and they kept insisting, “It looks beautiful — trust us.” I had to physically stop them multiple times from cementing the wrong crowns. NO CHOICE ON THE FINAL DAY By Saturday — my last day in Turkey — they gave me no real choice. I was out of time, and the dentist said, “This is one of my best works.” Under intense pressure, with no backup plan, I gave in. As soon as the crowns were cemented in, I knew it was all wrong. My bite was misaligned The crowns were too wide They pushed my front teeth too far out I was chewing on a canine I couldn’t even eat properly I begged them to fix it, but they dismissed me. I messaged the owner in a panic. I was told, “It’s Sunday, the dentist doesn’t work.” Only after begging did they agree to a final check — where the dentist looked in my mouth and said, “Everything is perfect.” It was NOT. BACK HOME: DENTAL EXPERTS WERE SHOCKED Once back in the Netherlands, multiple dentists examined my mouth and were horrified: My bite was completely off Crowns were poorly positioned Gums were damaged Crowns had no proper texture or grip Everything had to be redone I contacted Heva and asked for X-rays and medical files — they claimed they had lost them. That’s not just careless. That’s unethical and possibly illegal. TOTAL COST: THOUSANDS OF EUROS + PERMANENT DAMAGE To fix what Heva destroyed, I now need: Full laser gum treatment All 19 crowns removed A complete mouth reconstruction from a real specialist When I asked Heva for a refund, they refused. The owner said I should just come back and “let them fix it.” Why would I trust the same people to fix what they destroyed? He stopped replying. I posted an honest review — only then did he reach out, not to apologize, but to beg me to remove the review to “protect the clinic’s reputation.” I took it down, hoping he’d make things right. He didn’t. Eventually, he blocked me. I used to trust this man. Five years ago, he was a humble consultant I recommended to others. I even sent him his first clients when he launched Heva. Now? He’s changed into someone who only cares about money and image, not patients. ❌ WHAT HEVA CLINIC REALLY OFFERS: ❌ No proper diagnostics or planning ❌ No dental aftercare ❌ No skilled specialists for follow-up ❌ No accountability when things go wrong ❌ No patient safety — just sales tactics ⚠️ FINAL WARNING If you care about your teeth, your health, and your sanity — AVOID HEVA CLINIC. They are NOT qualified to place crowns or perform complex dental work. I now have to pay a second full treatment cost to undo their damage — and there’s a chance I may even lose my natural teeth permanently. This was not just bad service — it was dental malpractice. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Don't believe what they say in there respond! THEY ARE LIARS!!!

I had a hair transplant with Heva Clinic (Istanbul) in November 2024 which left me with permanent damage. Before surgery, I signed their “maximum grafts” form on the clear understanding — based on what the clinic told me in consultation and what their own website stated at the time — that no more than 1,000 grafts would ever be taken from my beard. I was told 200–500 grafts was realistic. No proper inspection of my beard donor area was ever performed. Nobody touched, examined, or checked the density of my beard before extracting grafts. Instead, around 1,750 grafts were extracted — almost double the stated maximum — leaving my beard visibly scarred, patchy, and permanently disfigured. The grafts placed into my crown barely grew (less than 20% survival). Beard grafts were also extracted before scalp grafts — the reverse of accepted medical protocol — which likely reduced survival even further. On the day of surgery there was also a supposed “power cut” where patients were left waiting 1.5 hours while staff disappeared, raising serious concerns about graft handling and survival. When I raised concerns afterwards, Heva admitted to “beard overharvesting” and even offered me a free “repair,” as well as a refund on the condition I removed my negative review. After my case, they quietly changed their website to increase the beard graft maximum from 1,000 to 2,000 — moving the goalposts after the damage was already done. This was supposed to be a confidence-building procedure, but instead it has devastated my life. My donor area is depleted, and the harm is irreversible. Patients deserve proper assessment, honesty, and transparency. I did not receive that. UPDATE: 1. Consent Form & Privacy: Yes, I signed a consent form — but that does not give a clinic permission to overharvest outside of safe ranges. “Maximum grafts” still has to be within medical safety standards and not cause permanent disfigurement. My consent was based on what was explicitly agreed: a maximum of 1,000 grafts from under the chin. Instead, Heva took almost 1,750 grafts — nearly double that agreement. I am not sure why Heva felt it was appropriate to upload my handwritten consent form publicly. That is a breach of my privacy and does not change the fact that the agreement was for a maximum of 1,000 grafts. 2. Consultation & Agreement: In both consultation and WhatsApp discussions, I was clearly told that beard extractions would be 200–500 grafts, with 1,000 being the absolute maximum. I never agreed to the excessive number they actually extracted. This is not “regret” as Heva claims — this is a breach of agreement and informed consent. 3. Not a Primary Donor Site: I never asked for my beard to be the “primary donor,” as Heva keeps repeating. That is false. My scalp donor was visibly strong and was also used. The beard was never supposed to be the main donor source. 4. Website Contradictions: Heva say their website “has not changed,” yet I hold archived screenshots showing that at the time of my surgery their own website capped beard grafts at 1,000. After my case, this limit was quietly changed to 2,000. I even sent them their own screenshot back immediately after surgery, proving it was genuine. 5. Growth Rates & Graft Survival: I am not expecting 100% growth — no one reasonably does. However, less than 20% of the beard/body grafts implanted have survived, whereas the typical survival rate for body grafts is 50–70%. The fact that survival is less than a third of what would be expected strongly suggests Heva do not know how to properly extract, store, or handle body grafts. This further underlines my concern that the procedure was carried out without due care or proper expertise. 6. Regret vs. Reality: Heva claim in their reply: “we cannot be held responsible for personal decisions followed by regret, expressed through defamatory or misleading reviews.” That is not the case. I have all the evidence to show this is not “personal regret.” If anyone wishes to see the photographic proof and screenshots, please check my review, since unfortunately does not allow photo uploads. This is not a matter of regret — it is a matter of Heva harvesting almost double the safe maximum we had agreed. 7. Repair & Refund: Heva’s own staff used the word “repair” when offering me a corrective procedure — which is an admission that damage was caused. They also offered me a refund on the condition that I remove my review. That is not patient care; that is an attempt to silence me. This is not “defamation” or “misleading” as they claim. These are facts, supported by evidence.

Since they keep flagging my comment for almost every word several times a week, they eventually managed to have it removed. Because of that, I’m forced to rephrase some parts and post it again. I travelled to Turkey on October 7th after being in contact with the clinic for several months. My main contact person who was polite and responsive to all my questions. Based on this, I decided to go ahead with the clinic for dental crown treatment, as I wanted to replace 20 crowns I wasn’t satisfied with from a previous clinic. Before travelling, I clearly explained that I wanted to be involved in the process and that I didn’t want to repeat the mistakes from my former clinic. I was promised that this time would be completely different — that I would be included in every step and that I would leave 100% satisfied. Unfortunately, that did not happen. After the payment was made, communication changed completely. I was not listened to, and important parts of what had been promised were not delivered. The temporary teeth I received were the ugliest I have ever seen. I couldn’t even eat properly and lost 3 kg in 6 days because of them. We had several trial fittings of the crowns, but the dental technicians they use are not professional and could not make teeth that matched my preferences or even looked natural. In the end, I had no choice but to accept the final teeth because I had a flight to catch a few hours later. The clinic now uses that as an excuse, claiming that I “accepted” the result and therefore they refuse to help. That alone says a lot about their professionalism when a clinic chooses profit over pride in their work. I first wrote a detailed review where I mentioned that I have full documentation for anyone interested. Instead of responding or offering help, the clinic reported my review to have it removed. That’s why I am rewriting it here, with the same facts — just without that sentence. When I first read another 1-star review describing almost the same situation, it made me uncomfortable, but I decided to give the clinic the benefit of the doubt. Now, after my own experience, I can confirm that what that person wrote was absolutely correct. My bite is now incorrect, I have constant headaches, and I’ve been advised that I need to reverse the entire treatment — which will cost a significant amount of money. I was thoroughly misled. Important note: Do not pay in cash. The clinic pressures patients to withdraw money and pay cash, or to make “alternative” payments, just so you can’t make a Visa claim later. If you choose this clinic, pay the full amount with your Visa card — that’s the only protection you have. Don’t make the same mistake I did, no matter how much they insist on “cash discounts” or “card fees.” My bite and jaw are not aligned. I need to correct all the dental work that was done. Save your money and time and choose another option, otherwise you will definitely end up paying twice. EDIT! My previous reviews were removed because I attempted to share supporting documentation and explain how interested readers could contact me for additional context. This is the sole reason they were flagged. There were no threats, and no conditions attached to the review being published or removed. I did not remain with the final crowns because I was satisfied. I remained because I had a scheduled return flight. It is not realistic to expect a patient to leave a dental clinic without teeth if the alternative is missing an international flight. Accepting a temporary or final placement under such circumstances should not be interpreted as confirmation that the result was functionally correct. At no point did I demand or request a refund. My intention after returning home was to understand what options existed to address the functional problems I was experiencing and to find a reasonable solution. No such solution was offered. The clinic has stated that I threatened to post negative reviews unless a refund was provided. I categorically deny this. If such statements exist, I welcome the clinic to publish the full correspondence in context. My review would have been written regardless, as my sole intention has been to share my experience and inform others. This review reflects my personal outcome and ongoing issues following the treatment. It is not written to pressure the clinic, but to provide an accurate account of what I experienced.

About a year ago my dentist in Toronto advised me to have my teeth crowned since they were badly worn out. Since it was very expensive to do it in Toronto, I decided to go to Turkey for this procedure. After some back and forth correspondence, I decided to go to Istanbul to have a total dental crown (28 crowns) in April 2025 with HEVA clinic. Although they promised me a good service with a good result, I received a very bad service: · I was in constant and never ending pain in my jaws and teeth · One of my crowns was broken and another one was cracked just a few days after the procedure and as a result, my gum on the left side was swollen and bleeding constantly · They made my crowns 2 or 3 attached to each other instead of making them individually (as they were supposed to be) and this caused me extra pain and discomfort. I realized this fact after my crowns were made and the dentist was testing them for the first, When I asked her that I wanted individual crowns, she responded that it requires too much time and she prefers 2-3 of them to be attached so the procedure can be done quickly!! At that point it was too late for me to stop the procedure besides I really didn't know how important this issue was. · There was not a proper gap between my teeth for flossing and hygiene I contacted the HEVA representatives many many times asking them for advice but I was either ignored or received no proper answer. My pain was so severe that I couldn’t use my left side for chewing food so I visited 3 well known dentist (including my own dentist) in Toronto for advise and all of them confirmed that the job was done very poorly and the best remedy was to remove these crowns and replace them with new individual crowns. Again I contacted HEVA but received no answer. Since it was very expensive to do the procedure in Toronto, I decided to go back to Istanbul again and this time, go to a better clinic. Finally, I did the procedure for the second time in October 2025 with another clinic in Istanbul for which I had to pay much more. One of the reasons for the higher cost was because they had to remove the previous crowns first which is a very difficult, time consuming and of course painful procedure. I have evidence and documentation for all of my claims in case they try to dismiss it . Update December 5, 2025 And today I received a response to my review which is not addressing any of my comments and just tries to misguide the readers: 1- I contacted HEVA clinic more than 10 times before I decided to go to another clinic. I made several complaints about the issues I had with my crowns (which none of them would exist if they had done the job professionally in the first place) but I received no response and they never mentioned that I could go again there for a free replacement or correction of the crowns. Only when they made sure that I'm in Istanbul again and had my crowns removed by another dentist (because I sent them a photo), then they said you could come to us instead! 2- The crowns were supposed to be placed individually as any dentist I consulted with emphasized, but their dentist made them 2 or 3 attached to each other to "save time" as she expressed herself! and this was one of the main reasons that I had to redo the procedure. And they never provided an answer to this in their response. 3- Worse of all, after consultation with other dentists, I discovered that not all my teeth needed crowns and at most I needed 10 crowns (at that point, unfortunately it was too late), but their dentist advised me to have 28 crowns. I know this was one of the worse decisions I made in my life and that is why I take my time to tell other people not to rush and also not to believe in false promises. If you need your teeth to be crowned, you should do more research before final decision and go to a more experienced and more conscious clinic/dentist.

I would firstly like to say this is an honest review and it's very important that I make one as I wouldn't want anyone to experience some of the things that I did. Firstly, the communication between myself and Hannah for the few weeks leading up to my surgery date was positive, however, at the point of my arrival it started to go downhill. Points to add: I choose this clinic as they had experience with Black patients. I also was a solo traveller from the UK. When I arrived in Istanbul minutes to 6am, I was left waiting outside the airport for almost 30mins without the designated person who went awol from the meeting point. The clinic was notified of my early arrival weeks before and had enough time to prepare to ensure someone was present to greet me. There were a lot of dodgy characters around, thankfully the airport security guard assisted me and allowed me stand beside him inside in the warmth. I was told that I would be provided with a room so that I could have some sleep for a few hours before my procedure started (which I was only informed of when I arrived, my discussions with Hannah was that my surgery date would be the following day giving me a few hours to rest). Upon reflection, I was happy it was done this way so this isn't a criticism. When I arrived at the clinic, no one was around - the security guard spoke no English and therefore couldn't assist me. The team started to arrive from 07:30am and set up the clinic. I slept on the reception couch as I was so exhausted! Let's talk about the overall procedure. I just want to say thank you to Elif, although there was a clear language barrier you made me feel welcomed and comfortable, always checking in to ensure I was okay. It's a shame your colleague didn't have your gentle approach. There were a number of people coming in and out of the surgery room, loitering and having casual discussions as if it was a social gathering. I understand smoking is allowed in Istanbul but it was disturbing and unhygienic for "professionals" to have smoking breaks especially during a live procedure where my skin was exposed. The patient care was poor, despite me making a complaint to the doctor I was ignored. The staff definitely need more training. Also to add, some members of staff were making passing comments and mockeries which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After the procedure: I was shocked that my hair wasn't washed as that was part of my package. I was told that my scalp wasn't ready (bearing in mind I saw a number of patients get there head washed). I also queried about my PRP as I was rushed out of the patient room towards the end and couldn't recollect getting these injections done. I also didn't appreciate being asked to write a review mentioning certain professionals (you know who you are). Although it was lovely to meet you at the end, that added little benefit and wasn't a reflection of my overall experience. To add some positives, the chosen hotel was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable. Also, the transport was fairly organised. Thankyou for those who helped with my procedure - hopefully you can reflect on my comments to better your practice and overall patient care.

This review is about my personal experience with HEVA clinic and not an advise or any suggestions. I had my hair and teeth crowns done there. Went through the hell of experience. Very shortly one of the crowns chipped. Had to come back (which is quite costly) and few of the crowns were replaced under warranty. Few - because instead of one-by-one or two-by-two, the whole set of upper crowns were placed as a single interconnected bridge. No wonder that a few months later 4 more crowns got chipped. Had to come back for the third time. Transfers were a disaster, wait time from 40 to 1 hour 25 minutes, staff was blaming Istanbul traffic like it's a big surprise. While negotiating treatment plan for my companion we were presented with the treatment plan, including warranty, hotel, basically the package. We were alerted to potential changes on the treatment plan based on the exam and tomography. But what we were not told was that if we do not accept the revised treatment plan, we'd be required to pay for the hotel and transfers. Treatment plan changed from the price I paid because of "no bone" - but no bone left was confirmed via texts prior to our arrival to Istanbul. But most importantly, the warranty was taken away from the package. We were explained that the crowns and implants have a warranty - but if they fall off, there's no re-do. When I pointed out that the implants and crowns stored in the jewelry box and not placed where they belong to, and my companion absolutely refused to take the chance worth the price I paid, only then we were informed that because the new treatment plan was not accepted, we are required to pay for our hotel. Which we did. Apparently, HEVA did not notice that and informed us that they had to pay for the hotel. Me sending screenshot from the credit card confirming my payment for the hotel did not make any difference. During all the texts back and forth I found out total lack of coordination between the members of the team. One person confirms the cancellation while another confirms the appointment and so on. Even though HEVA clinic was the one that arranged my treatments in the clinic that did such a poor job and required me to come back twice, HEVA seems to be so proud of standing by the warranty terms and providing treatments under such warranty. I also did not like customer service practice when the salesperson is badmouthing about his competitors, and when I express my concerns and great disappointments, accusing me of manipulating and being abusive, and when mentioning me seeking legal help, accusing of bluffing. After he was able to assess my situation and provide realistic feedback, I decided to purchase my ticket. I let him know, and he was able to put together my package prize, including everything, the operation cost, hotel, transportation, and aftercare. I did not have to do anything but get there, and they took care of the rest. The five-star hotel accommodation and transportation were terrific. Viktor, Farouq Bey, did a wonderful coordinating all of my logistics—the consultation with Dr. Seda was fantastic, as she understands what this change means for you and your centric design. If you are worried about language barriers, Amy and Lara are fluent in English and there, among other things, to assist patients with their communication needs. The nurses who assist in the surgery are top-notch, experienced individuals who love their jobs. I felt that they sincerely cared about what they were doing for their patients and the value of their work. Disappointing Follow-up – Referral Bonus Still Not Paid I had my hair transplant with Heva Clinic in December 2024 and was satisfied with the procedure itself. However, the post-treatment experience has been extremely frustrating. I was informed of a referral bonus promotion, and I referred a friend who also had treatment with Heva. Since March 2025, I’ve contacted Heva multiple times (on 9th March, 18th March, 8th May, and 14th May) and provided all the required details – including my full name, treatment information, and my friend’s details. Despite this, I have not received the bonus or any proper update. Every time I reach out, I’m asked to provide the same information again — only to be ignored afterward. I even asked to speak to a manager but received no response. I reached out 4 times in total and each time there has been no acknowledgement. It’s disappointing to feel ignored after having trusted the clinic enough to refer someone. I’m posting this review publicly as a last attempt to get someone in management to address this properly. Please resolve this issue and restore the trust I once had in your clinic. I’m happy to update or remove this review once the matter is resolved. **Update** Reply to Heva Clinic's Response: Thank you for your reply. However, I feel it’s important to clarify a few things: - I was informed of the referral bonus in December 2024, and I referred my friend in December 2024. He also confirmed his booking with Heva on December 11th 2024 – before your policy change in January 2025. - I first contacted your team about the referral on 9th March 2025 and again on 3 other separate occasions. I have now only received proper communication after I’ve posted my experience publicly. Your response also shows no accountability or acknowledgement that your representative ignored all of my messages prior to me posting this review. - At no point during the initial referral or follow-ups was I told the referral program had ended. - I made multiple efforts to resolve this privately, but received no response for over 3 months, despite providing all required information. - You’ve asked me to revise my review because the referral issue is not “related to the treatment itself.” However, many 4 & 5-star reviews praise aspects like hotel quality, transfers, and general organisation — which also aren’t strictly related to the surgery itself. If non-medical aspects can be part of positive reviews, then it's only fair that negative ones be treated equally. It's unfair to retroactively deny a bonus that was promised by one of your representatives. I stand by my review in the hope that your team reconsiders honoring referral commitments made before the policy change.

I found Heva online after researching experts who could do a female no shave (implantation area). My consultant was Mary. I paid and my area of concern was the crown and surrounding thinning. The donor areas are performed with the same process no matter the implantation style. PRP was to be included. I traveled to SAW airport from Tirana, Albania. The airport transfer was confusing and frustrating, my sim card stopped working and had no way of contacting anyone. Eventually I found the 12 column pillar the 3E transportation company used to flag down my driver and get me to the hotel. The hotel was farther away than expected. Oliver met me at the hotel and took me to one of three locations for blood draw and consultation. Dr. Seda explained the procedure plan to Oliver and he translated it into English. Transfers between clinic and hotel were arranged for me. The next morning we were transported to hospital for the procedure. I was told the procedure would have two teams one for the FUE along the edges and DHI for the rest. This did not occur. I knew the procedure was going to take the full day. The team operating did not speak English. The team was super responsive and patient to my needs. They played music and the sound of their discussions had a calming effect. I cannot confirm the PRP was performed as no communication of what was happening at the different stages was happening. The anesthesia was difficult and some areas were not anesthetized as much as others so I indicated I was in pain and they applied more anesthesia to the area. They gave me water, a bathroom break and some minutes to calm down my nerves. I didn't know exactly what had been done but was glad to see the end. I was transported back to the hotel and prepared my bed with pads for expected bleeding overnight. I woke with no blood at all, no swelling, and no pain. After a day of rest, the following day was to be the head wash. I was transported to the main Heva office and was sprayed with a foam wash, let it sit for 30 to 45 min then it was washed off. Mary explained the product package and how and when to use them all. Overall, I had a great experience, while there are several communication opportunities for improving for future guests. Heva is a small team that is growing in business and size. The Heva crew was extremely friendly, cheerful, uplifting, and exciting to be around. They took such good care of me and it made okay for me to be doing this solo as they made the experience personalized which made the whole disconformable parts totally worth it! I highly recommend HEVA hair clinic for your transplant needs!

From very first contact, they were very kind, honest, and stayed in touch with me for a whole year before I came to the clinic. However, everything changed when I actually arrived. I had already paid a deposit before coming, but when I got to the clinic, no one was there to receive me. I had to reach out again just to get someone to welcome me. It felt like I surprised them, and they were not prepared for my visit. I had my hair transplant procedure on June 22, 2023, but the experience was far from what I expected. The doctor only met with me for barely two minutes, the translator was late, and the overall process felt rushed and disorganized. I even started feeling afraid before the operation due to the lack of professionalism. What bothered me even more was that they seemed overwhelmed with other patients and surgeries. Their attention was clearly focused on others, and I felt neglected throughout the process. This lack of personal care was frustrating and disappointing. To be fair, I did get better results than others, especially at the front of my scalp, and I am satisfied with the outcome there. However, the overall treatment and experience were very disappointing. There were clear mistakes in the implantation process, and while the front looks good, my hair has thinned overall, and I now need a second transplant for the crown and middle areas. Their diagnosis was also inaccurate. They told me my crown area was only slightly thin and that they would implant there, but they didn’t do anything in that area. Now, I need another procedure to cover that part. When I reached out again, especially as a returning customer, I was surprised that they increased the price of the procedure. I asked them for a discount or special offer, but they said their prices are fixed and even warned me that prices would increase further if I delayed. They even recommended I find another clinic with lower prices. To make things worse, the person I had trusted and been in contact with no longer works with them. Sadly, I’m very disappointed with how I was treated, and I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Heva Clinic. I'm an African American female with 4C hair so it was important to me to find a clinic that specializes with my hair texture. I'm so glad I went with Heva Clinic. From my initial virtual consultation to now(I'm 3 days shy of 1 month post hair transplant) my experience has been everything! Jan, my Heva consultant, was amazing. He's been such a doll to work with. From the beginning, he's always been so patient with me no matter how many questions I asked. The transportation they booked for me was a luxury sprinter and drivers were so nice and professional. I had a bad experience with the initial hotel they booked for me(Dedeman Bostanci) but after I reached out to Jan to let him know about my experience, he apologized and got right on it. He had a driver at the hotel to pick me up in under an hour, and I was moved to the Burgu Arjaan which was such a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Even to this day, Jan has followed up with me to check on me. The clinic is so nice and super clean & the entire staff was amazing. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. I love that the doctor and technicians take their time and do not rush the process like other clinics. Also, aside from the anesthetic injections, I have experienced no pain. I haven't had to take any of the pain medicine they gave me, not even a Tylenol. As of day 12 post hair transplant, I was scab free and I almost cried when I discovered hair under the scabs. My traction alopecia was such a huge insecurity of mine and I always thought it was something I'd have to go through my entire life dealing with. Heva Clinic really changed my life and my confidence. If you have been thinking about getting a hair transplant and considering going to Istanbul, definitely choose Heva Clinic, especially if you have Afro textured hair like me. My experience with Heva Clinic was great! I was a little nervous at first cause I didn’t know what I was walking into, you hear about the horror stories that happen to some people and you just hope that doesn’t happen to you. I can say that my nerves were relaxed as soon as I met Mary and walked into the office, everyone was there to greet me and make me feel at ease. They let me pick how I wanted my hairline to be which was great cause I wanted something that looked very natural for me personally. I was also the only patient they were working on that day which made me feel even better cause they could take their time on my head. The process was about 9 hours, but it didn’t seem that long to be honest. It was pretty painless, the most uncomfortable part is receiving the anesthesia in the scalp…it was a little rough, but once it was over I was completely fine. Mary is amazing! I can’t say it enough, my sister came on the trip with me for support and to just visit Turkey but she came in a day late unfortunately due to flight issues. Mary helped me setup a taxi for her and she waited the whole time with me until she found the taxi driver, my sister and I were VERY appreciative of that cause my sister was having a rough time. The one very small critique I have is the communication with certain things were off and I’m big on communication. When I arrived at the hotel I was confused cause it wasn’t the hotel I was told and when I went inside the hotel I was dropped off at the front desk guy was just as confused as I was, but we figured everything out and I was at the right location. If plans change I think it would be best to let the patient know as soon as possible so we can be aware. Overall everything was great! If you are looking to get a hair transplant especially with Afro hair I would definitely recommend Heva Clinic. Very professional and you won’t regret your decision.

I had Hollywood smile makeover surgery and hair transplant surgery done approximately 8 months ago at Heva Clinic. My experience was outstanding. It starts from the hospitality of Turkish people in general, everywhere on top of that, staying 7 days in two beautiful hotels ( all inclusive by Heva) in the beautiful city of Istanbul, I felt like I was on vacation. Heva clinic organised it from the beginning to the end very organised staff. I am known as the research girl. Although I appear to make decisions quickly, know that prior to doing so I have done extensive research first. Heva Clinic won my business hands down over three top clinics in Istanbul Turkey. I was looking for a clinic who specializes in Afro hair transplantation, one that was modern and on top of their game in regards to latest technology, reviews that mentioned cleanliness and amazing customer service and more. . I recently visited Heva Clinic to undergo a procedure and received an excellent service from start to finish. I was referred by a friend who visited the clinic in January 2022 to undergo a hair transplant. This was also a procedure I was interested in. I was contacted by the a consultant named Arthur who was very pleasant to deal with, has a very calm demeanour and answered all of my questions promptly with no fuss. Following a brief discussion with Arthur to discuss what I was interested in he requested some photographs of my hair to understand the extent of my hair loss and he got back to me later the same day with a quote. The quote is thorough and includes information relating to the procedure, number of grafts required (subject to change pending face to face examination of your hair), recovery information and details of the hotel you will be staying in. Arthur maintained clear communication throughout and would advise when my taxi was collecting me to bring me from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic and back again to the hotel. The team at the clinic were friendly and professional. I was looked after by Marwa who was a fantastic help and she aided with translation from Turkish to English. The procedure was as described - took roughly 6-8hrs with a lunch break in-between. I am happy with the outcome and look forward to sporting my new hairline! Thanks again to the Heva Clinic team!

Hair professional Matt Dominace recommended the Heva Team to me as they often service African American hair. In the beginning I had some concerns about over harvesting as I was quoted a very high graft number of 8,000. After negations I was able to negotiate 5,500, keep in my along with my hair transplant I also got 500 grafts added to my beard, 5,000 grafts were used on my recipient area. The doctor drew my hairline on to which I found to be a little cricked so she used a handheld laser to straighten the hairline out. I would advised sitting patients inside of a machine that can symmetrically line up the hairline with your corners or c-cups. The Heva Team assisted with various needs as in hotel reservations, a shuttle for traveling, and quick responses on what’s app with customer service needs. The translators were very professional, the only thing I’d advised is for them to talk more by giving more details as to what is going on during the surgery process to reassure the patient during this very difficult time. Overall I’m very pleased with my services from the Heva team and the results of my recipient are fantastic. As for my donor area I will write another review at a later time.

I travelled alone to Istanbul to get my FUE hair transplant. Since this was my first solo international trip, I was not sure what to expect, but the Heva team more than met my expectations. I am a natural planner, so I wanted to know everything, from who would pick me up to where I would stay to the surgery’s timeline and aftercare. The team provided me with all of this information. They also told me that they could handle everything on my behalf, and I agreed, as this was easier for me, as this was my first time in Turkey. I had someone with me during all of my appointments who would explain what we were doing each day. Most times, I had my rep, Brandon in contact with me, who was just amazing. The receptionist was also very warm and would always make sure I was comfortable. It was summer, so I appreciated how cool the clinic was and the fact that they also gave me a cool drink after each appointment. And during all my follow-up appointments, the doctor would assess how well I was healing and would encourage me to ask questions about my expectations. So, as much as I travelled alone, I never once felt like I was in it alone. It really made a difference.

After I read reviews about Heva now it’s my turn to tell my own experience… First of all, I contacted with Brandon, who was my coordinator who answered my all opened questions and gave a feeling that he stands with me. Brandon took care of any issue I have had at any time! In the operation day the best driver Faruk took me to the clinic and after that I met Seda (the best one I could request for the operation). She draw my hairline, I had a blood test and the session has begun. During the operation day Lara helped in translation and she was awesome too. Now for the winning team: Seda, özlem, Orhun and Yussuf. I really thank you all for being the best professional team👑 In the washing day I met Amy who explained me how to shower my head and what can I do after the operation. She is a great person as well! I had my hair transplants procedure done on January 27th 2024 on a Saturday at heva clinic. The nervousness kicked in once I booked my ticket to receive my very first hair transplants procedure overseas. As I spoke with the heva clinic medical consultant morris he made feel more comfortable & confident in choosing heva clinic. Finding a clinic that specializes in afro hair texture can be a little difficult, speaking to consultant morris he was very responsive & helpful. He answer any questions I had concerns about leading up to the operation confirmed I choose the right clinic. Would highly recommend anyone considering undergoing a hair transplants procedure with afro hair texture. you wouldn't regret it. On the day of the consultation the clinic made me feel less nervous & focused on the area needed for the hair transplants procedure to be successful. Dr Seda hairline design/ work is exceptional. The hotel was nice with decent breakfast.

I am very happy I decided on Heva Clinic for my hair transplant. It was obvious that they had a lot of experience, so I just trusted the process and was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The time actually felt like it past by very quick thanks to the great doctor and technicians. The only pain I felt was when they started the anesthesia, but even that was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I am very grateful to everyone on the whole team who were very friendly and accommodating. Language was never an issue as there was always somebody I could ask if I had any questions. I also have to thank my coordinator Oliver who made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole stay. So far on day 8 post-op it’s looking good and the recovery process has been great. I really haven’t felt any pain, burning or itching on my head. Now I’m just hoping my actual results will be as great as everything else has been this far.

Even at the clinic, I’d felt uncomfortable at one point (I’d become nauseous) and the staff did everything they could to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of again. The post transplant care if very well detailed, and I HIGHLY recommend getting the 6-Month supplies, even just the serum for your donor area helps the healing IMMENSELY and feels fantastic when the itching gets bad. Great staff, clean environment, and I would definitely recommend!

When I travelled to Istanbul to get my hair transplant and dental bridge treatment, I told Heva Clinic that what I needed was reliable transportation and a comfortable hotel. After all, I would be around for a week and did not want to have anything else on my mind besides getting my surgeries done. They provided exactly that. I had a driver waiting at the airport in a not-so-obvious way. He helped me get to my hotel and made sure I had checked in well before leaving. And the next day, he came to pick me up even before time and made sure I got to the clinic okay. This trend continued the entire time I was there. I really enjoyed having people be so thoughtful about my safety and comfort. Even my dentist, surgeons and the nurses were the same way, and I cannot get over just how hospitable they all were.

HEVA CLINIC is PHENOMENAL and was a Blessing to me. I am Afro Caribbean and was recommended by my nephew and was convinced by seeing the tremendous results he got from Heva Clinic. The consultant Arthur, Doctor Yavuz and the two kind ladies Mary and Hannah and the whole team was awesome, informative and communicated with me through the whole process. They organised, my transport from airport to hotel and transport from hotel to clinic and vice versa. They guided me through the whole process and continue to guide and mentor me after the procedure, ensuring am doing the after treatment correctly and perfect. I recommend anyone to choose Heva Clinic.They make you feel like more than a client but apart of a family with their caring, treatment and their joy on your successful hair transplant journey

had a hair transplant at Heva Clinic 11 months ago and I am very unhappy with the results. The density is low, the hair growth is patchy, and it looks far from what was promised during the consultation. I followed all the aftercare instructions carefully, yet the outcome is disappointing. From my experience, the clinic did not seem to have the right expertise for patients with darker skin tones and hair types. If you have this type of hair, I strongly suggest you think twice before choosing this clinic. When I reached out to express my concerns, I did not receive a helpful or fair solution. For the cost and the trust I put into this procedure, I feel completely let down. I would not recommend Heva Clinic based on my experience.

I can write in short regarding the clinic that the experiance I had was amazing. From the first pickup at the airport to the last wash in the clinic. Everyone greets you with a smile and hello. Regarding the procedure and consultation. I felt that concerns were taken seriously and even halfway through my procedure I noticed something that needed to be straighter. And the doctor understood and made correct changes. All in all I feel very happy I took the step to make this procedure with Heva. And now I just have to wait for the result in some months // Liban Ps I would like to add that they also are great with the aftercare providing you with medicine, shampoo Aswell as clear instructions regard how and when to take the medicine.

I don't recommend Heva. In August previous year I had the Hair transplant in Heva Clinic. After 8.5 months I compared my result with the results of the other men and it looked bad at me. My transplanted hair was very sparse. Heva contacted with me and promised the second procedure for free. They wanted me to delete my negative review. Firstly I accepted their proposal, but then I changed my mind. I asked myself: if they didn't it properly for the first time why Will they do it for the second time? Now it's one year and 3 weeks from my HT and my transplanted hair are still sparse. I have the advice for Heva: Don't you ask the people to delete the reviews and don't promise the second procedures for free. Just do it well for the first time!

The staff were friendly and made a nerve-racking experience a lot better. Sarp, Viktor, Dr Özlem, Mohamed, Varna and the rest of the team were great. The hotel was excellent. The only downside was the technicians implanting my grafts did not follow the guidelines nor check throughout to make sure they were both doing the same thing. By the time I realised both sides were not equal, there were only 50 grafts left to be implanted. So the options were to remove grafts from one side or extract more grafts from the donor area. This was unfortunate and avoidable if more attention was being paid. However,I'm still very hopeful that all will be well when the hair grows out& hopefully my baby hair make it unnoticeable.

Amazing Customer Service at the HEVA Clinic. All staff were very professional and took great care of me and all the other patients. They were well organised. The place was nice and clean and the service was world-class. Dr. Bryan, my patient advisor, was super helpful from start to finish. He made arrangements which went very smoothly transporting me from the airport to the hotel to the clinic and back and was always available to answer any questions and guided me through the entire process. Amy was super nice, she helped me with everything and gave me all the information I needed with the aftercare. Sarp was also very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend HEVA clinic.

Overall, my experience at Heva has been great! The staff is really friendly, and everything is organized. The driver will take you from the airport to the hotel, and will take you to the clinic for the appointments. It’s important for people to understand that whatever amount of grafts they quote you for will probably not be the amount of grafts you get. For instance, I was quoted for 3500-3700 grafts, but got around 4500. Other people I met were quoted for more grafts but far less during the consultation. Also, the numbing shots were not as bad as people made them seem. It felt more like a hard pinch, but it was definitely manageable. I definitely recommend this clinic.

There's something special about Heva clinic that made me go with this clinic: first, they are specialized also in afro hair, and second, they have blogs like "celebrities hair transplant" which is regularly updated and tailored to each country (local celebs from France, Turkey, Spain, UK etc.). That means hair transplant is not just a "job" for them! Also, they make sure you get what you want with your HT instead of just telling you they know better which makes a difference knowing that some clients know exactly what desing they want for their hair transplant. And last, they made a great job on my hair and have been very professionnal! Can't wait to see the results now!

My experience has been nothing less than satisfying with Heva Clinic. Clear and responsive communication paired with good people who directed me toward realistic expectations. Upon arrival, I must say that the clinic facility shocked me in a good way. It’s very modern, certainly very clean and well equipped. I strolled a bit windowshopping in the nice suburb where Heva is located. It’s only upmarket brand boutiques there, easy to have a good time. It was a very short visit just for the hair procedure but now I want to plan a trip to Istanbul to see more of the city. I can recommend Heva with confidence.

Afro hair is complicated in every way but sweet too. I know from research that hair transplant success is low compared to straight hair so I was careful and took my time to do research. At the end I went for the most recommended clinic for afro hair. They gave me 3600 grafts and did my hairline well. They filled about an inch on my forehead, it makes a huge difference. I was also worried about my donor area but they kept it clean as well. I don’t wish to see any of my brothers with poor hair out there. I can recommend Heva clinic with all their effort and service. They know what they’re doing.

I was looking for a hair restoration clinic in Istanbul but then I found out that Heva is the recommended one for more challenging cases. I had an FUT hair transplant years ago but my hair loss proceeded so I needed a second procedure. Upon arrival, I was picked up from the airport and the hotel upgraded my room for free. In Istanbul, I experienced the best customer service of my life in literally everything. I wasn't expecting my procedure to be that professional. When it comes to the results, it'd give 9 out of 10 for Heva. They did way better job than my previous clinic.

What made my experience great was the comfort Heva Clinic give once you arrive. Transportation is provided once you arrive at the airport and the hotel was already ready scheduled for me to check in. The Heva Clinic team are very responsive and helpful especially Oliver, if it wasn’t for Oliver specifically, my experience wouldn’t have been as great, he was on top of everything and treated me so great and made me feel so welcomed. They are a on schedule team, so you would not go wrong with choosing Heva Clinic if you want to have a great hair transplant experience.

I was already losing all the hair on my sides in my 20s which was pretty annoying. My dad’s completely bald at his 40s. I said I won’t take that, saved my money and Heva clinic saved my hair. Yes, hair can be brought back. My doctor says Let’s see how you go but likely there’ll be a second one in 5 - 10 years. It’s the gene pattern, nothing I can do about it, so I’ll just have as many hair transplants as necessary to max up on hair.
