Review of my full experience a year later, so read before you decide. Had my procedure done here in June 2024. 2500 grafts. I had 2 major issues and other little ones so I took 2 stars off. First, they only did the hairline, not top or crown without explicitly mentioning during the initial consultation nor the day of consultation. In fact, day of consultation I asked the doctor if i could do the no-shave option, she said that full shave is better so we can cover more areas beyond the hairline. 2 weeks later I learned the procedure was for hairline ONLY😳 Second, I asked specifically to have only single hair grafts in the very front of hairline, yet they implanted a few multiple hair grafts in the front😫 Little issues that are less important: 1- I asked for the receipt but I still never received it. 2- the never used the micro camera during the consultation to analyze my hair grafts. 3- overall hygiene felt suboptimal. 4- the clinic is located in a different place than the consultation office. Other than that I want to thank the nurses and staff for the great service and hospitality. Also the transportation and hotel were excellent, however I only care about the final results. Honestly I am a bit disappointed I took a week off work and I live in California so it was a very long flight.
