I did a hair transplant at the end of January 2023 – I am writing the result at the beginning of January 2024. After reviewing the entire Internet for several months, I realized that 99% of the reviews about various clinics were purchased. I was on my way to a Hair Neva hair transplant, completely not knowing what would happen. All communication was through a Telegram assistant. I was met at the airport in Turkey and taken to the hotel in a Mercedes Minibus. There is a clinic in the hotel where I lived, which is very convenient. At the time of my hair transplant, the hotel was new. I really liked everything. The next morning, I was examined and tested. They cut my hair. The doctor drew a hairline. I had a hair transplant using the Dhi method: 1) During the hair transplant, I had a lot of blood flowing, which made it difficult to transplant, 2) the skin on my head is very hard - the grafts climbed back. (if you have the option, choose the Dhi method). I had 3 woman doing hair transplants at the same time. Before taking hair from the donor area, painkillers are injected into the head. It's not very pleasant. 4,500 hairs were taken from the donor area for transplantation. Lunch was brought. After lunch we started injecting a physical solution under the scalp. It hurts, it's not pleasant. Then we started the process of implanting my hair. The process is long. You hardly feel any pain, only a little pressure when the hair is implanted. All the time the woman were asking if I wanted to go to the bathroom. During the procedure, my neck was very stiff – tell the women to change the position of the head. In the end, I was given a "zigzag" to give a more natural hairline. Then I took the elevator to my room. I managed to sleep for 3-4 hours at night. In the morning, antibiotic ointment flowed from under the bandages – this is how it should be. In the morning, they took off my bandages at the clinic and examined me. I was given the necessary funds for the treatment of the head (take a permit for transportation on an airplane). And I drove to the airport in a Mercedes. The first 10 days at home are the worst. My head itches a lot. You can't touch your head, you can't sleep so that your hair doesn't touch the pillow. You can’t wear a hat for 30 days. The physical solution that was injected into you went down your face (this is normal, do not be afraid) . After 10 days, you need to remove the crust on your head very gently and send a photo by telegram – this is important. During the next 2-3 months, all transplanted hair falls out – this is normal. Then the growth begins – the final result will be in 11-12 months. Unfortunately, the «zigzag» hair did not take root. I hope my personal path that I have passed will help you, my bald friend.
My experience with Dr Go and HairNeva was wonderful. From setting up my appointment, to helping with travel, the procedure from start to finish. Everything was great. The doctors and staff do not sugar coat anything. They tell you exactly what they think will work best for you and do not give false hope. They are up front about costs and expectations. I would recommend my experience to any american looking to have hair restoration performed.
Very happy with the whole procedure. Very welcoming and extremely professional. I just hope the hairs grow nicely in the future but the service from start to finish was excellent. The best part is the clinic is in the same hotel, talking about the hotel its actually executive apartments so really nice.

I had doubts at first, but after meeting Ammar and Irfan I felt comfortable and was ready to proceed. However, meeting Dr GO on the day of the procedure completely changed my decision. The consultation felt rushed, impersonal, and he barely explained anything. I did not feel genuinely cared for. For a clinic that presents itself as premium, this part is essential and it did not meet expectations. Because of this, I decided not to go through with the procedure.
HairNeva is wonderful. From start to finish, some of the best client attention that I have received. Their teams are kind and caring, and the facilities are beautiful. Cleanliness is very clearly a top priority. Also, everything was managed from the airport transfer to the hotel to the procedure. The procedure itself: they completely numb the area of your head so that there’s no pain, but prepare for the amount of time you spend on the table to be uncomfortable, since you are awake but you cannot move or watch anything. Bring some music you like to listen to. The HairNeva team clearly knows their stuff - they are very good at what they do, and they make it obvious that they want to maximize your results. I’m so happy I came here. UPDATE: after second visit one year later… I came back to Dr. GO’s clinic for the second time for a follow-up DHI hair transplant to cover additional area. If it were even possible, I’m even happier following my second visit. The clinic is beautiful (much nicer than any clinics I’ve visited back home in the USA) and so clean. The staff are all highly professional and friendly - they take their jobs seriously and make every accommodation to ensure you are comfortable. They make sure you understand everything in detail about aftercare as well. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.
Truly an exceptional experience, from initial contact, to arriving in Istanbul. The team at Hair Neva are knowledgeable and provided me the most comfortable experience. I cannot wait to see what this looks like in 8 months time.
HairNeva clinic have an excellent team, their communication leading upto the appointment was very helpful and made me feel more comfortable after flying 22 hours from Australia When you arrive the entire team are very friendly and welcoming. The surgery was done better than I expected. I definitely recommend if your wanting to get a transplant you should come here

Great experience at HairNeva! Had my first transplant yesterday here and really happy with how everything has gone so far. All the guys are helpful and reassuring from the start to finish explaining clearly the process and putting you at ease with any worries and concerns and help you design a natural looking hairline.
