This review is about my personal experience with HEVA clinic and not an advise or any suggestions. I had my hair and teeth crowns done there. Went through the hell of experience. Very shortly one of the crowns chipped. Had to come back (which is quite costly) and few of the crowns were replaced under warranty. Few - because instead of one-by-one or two-by-two, the whole set of upper crowns were placed as a single interconnected bridge. No wonder that a few months later 4 more crowns got chipped. Had to come back for the third time. Transfers were a disaster, wait time from 40 to 1 hour 25 minutes, staff was blaming Istanbul traffic like it's a big surprise. While negotiating treatment plan for my companion we were presented with the treatment plan, including warranty, hotel, basically the package. We were alerted to potential changes on the treatment plan based on the exam and tomography. But what we were not told was that if we do not accept the revised treatment plan, we'd be required to pay for the hotel and transfers. Treatment plan changed from the price I paid because of "no bone" - but no bone left was confirmed via texts prior to our arrival to Istanbul. But most importantly, the warranty was taken away from the package. We were explained that the crowns and implants have a warranty - but if they fall off, there's no re-do. When I pointed out that the implants and crowns stored in the jewelry box and not placed where they belong to, and my companion absolutely refused to take the chance worth the price I paid, only then we were informed that because the new treatment plan was not accepted, we are required to pay for our hotel. Which we did. Apparently, HEVA did not notice that and informed us that they had to pay for the hotel. Me sending screenshot from the credit card confirming my payment for the hotel did not make any difference. During all the texts back and forth I found out total lack of coordination between the members of the team. One person confirms the cancellation while another confirms the appointment and so on. Even though HEVA clinic was the one that arranged my treatments in the clinic that did such a poor job and required me to come back twice, HEVA seems to be so proud of standing by the warranty terms and providing treatments under such warranty. I also did not like customer service practice when the salesperson is badmouthing about his competitors, and when I express my concerns and great disappointments, accusing me of manipulating and being abusive, and when mentioning me seeking legal help, accusing of bluffing. When I mentioned that I will post my honest review so people can make their informed decisions, I was accused of trying to hurt their business. My request to be provided with the records of all the treatments done in all three visits was ignored several times and finally answered "I don't have it".
