Jennie was great for after care and I really appreciate her breaking down all the details needed for the healing to come. She was also helpful with printing out medical accommodation papers when requested. I do appreciate them not being pushy with up selling products but just offering the options they have available. Communication was a little spotty and sometimes having to request information more than once so I do suggest you ask all questions if you can upfront when you start communicating with the office to clear any concerns before you come, instead of addressing them as you go. But overall a good experience with staff and doctors. Easy transport and Stay at the hotel. Just minor qualms with communication.
