Hi I came all the way down from Tennessee, USA!! It’s day 10 and all the scabs washed off beautifully yesterday. I didn’t have no swelling or infection or irritation (Thank God) I have to give a special thank you to Dr. Seda. She was honestly one of my favorite parts of the entire experience. Even with the language barrier, her personality came through loud and clear. She was warm, energetic, and had a way of making me feel comfortable. Every time she came into the room, she brought good energy with her. There was also a translator (I’m not sure of her name) who directed me to the lady I had to pay for the procedure. Both of them were very kind. They made the start of the day great! Telling me I won’t have to wear a durag much longer after today and other small things like I smelled great which really set a positive tone for the rest of the day and made me feel more at ease going into everything. I just appreciate small things like that. I was very concerned about graft numbers. I wanted to make sure my crown got the attention it needed aswell as the front and I probably asked more questions than most patients. But Dr. Seda listened to my concerns, evaluated my case thoroughly, and the team ultimately worked with me to reach 4,000 grafts, including beard grafts. I wanted more grafts but I really appreciated the concern. The technicians were professional and reassuring throughout the procedure. There was a point where I questioned a spot they were working on because it had been bald for years, and one of the technicians simply told me to trust him and I did. On top of that they did a phenomenal job with the designs of the grafts and how they stacked it. I’m hoping it sprouts successfully. All 3 did an amazing job. My WhatsApp representative was always responsive, polite, and patient with me. No matter how many questions I had, he always answered them and never made me feel like I was bothering him also made sure my ride came on time. Another person who stood out was Amy. What started as a conversation about aftercare turned into a genuine conversation about hair transplants and recovery. She was very down-to-earth and made me feel welcome. The staff made sure I was comfortable, fed, and taken care of throughout the process. 1 lady made sure I was warm. Also my recovery has also gone smoothly with very little swelling, and all of my scabs were gone by day 9. I chose Heva Clinic because of their reputation for producing great results, and after experiencing the process for myself, I can see why. It’s still early in my journey, but so far I’m very happy with my decision and excited to see my final results. I don’t want to do this again lol but if I need a second I 1000% would chose Heva again. 10/10
