From very first contact, they were very kind, honest, and stayed in touch with me for a whole year before I came to the clinic. However, everything changed when I actually arrived. I had already paid a deposit before coming, but when I got to the clinic, no one was there to receive me. I had to reach out again just to get someone to welcome me. It felt like I surprised them, and they were not prepared for my visit. I had my hair transplant procedure on June 22, 2023, but the experience was far from what I expected. The doctor only met with me for barely two minutes, the translator was late, and the overall process felt rushed and disorganized. I even started feeling afraid before the operation due to the lack of professionalism.\n\nWhat bothered me even more was that they seemed overwhelmed with other patients and surgeries. Their attention was clearly focused on others, and I felt neglected throughout the process. This lack of personal care was frustrating and disappointing.\n\nTo be fair, I did get better results than others, especially at the front of my scalp, and I am satisfied with the outcome there. However, the overall treatment and experience were very disappointing. There were clear mistakes in the implantation process, and while the front looks good, my hair has thinned overall, and I now need a second transplant for the crown and middle areas.\n\nTheir diagnosis was also inaccurate. They told me my crown area was only slightly thin and that they would implant there, but they didn’t do anything in that area. Now, I need another procedure to cover that part.\n\nWhen I reached out again, especially as a returning customer, I was surprised that they increased the price of the procedure. I asked them for a discount or special offer, but they said their prices are fixed and even warned me that prices would increase further if I delayed. They even recommended I find another clinic with lower prices.\n\nTo make things worse, the person I had trusted and been in contact with no longer works with them. Sadly, I’m very disappointed with how I was treated, and I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
