I had a wonderful experience at Heva. Few things though when I booked for four nights, they only booked me in a hotel for three nights. I paid the extra fee to have a doctor do my surgery. It was still the technicians who primarily worked on my head. I was never properly introduced to the surgeon, so I’m not sure if it was a surgeon even there there is no one specific doctor associated with this clinic. like most clinics also once I return home, it’s been a week now. No one has reached out to see how things are going as I found out afterwards most people that get this type of surgery done their surgeon reached out to them and check on them to make that sure things are OK.Heva does provide an app to help you through the process, but I feel like I overpaid for the surgeon in never met a doctor. I just pray that everything is done correctly as I may come to find out most of these hair transplant clinics have a doctor associated to the clinic. Like I said, my experience was great but now that I’m finding stuff there are other options whether a doctor are hands-on. Update: after my previous review Heva did reach out to me asap and I really appreciate that and they cleared up all my concerns and the woman that was in the room was my doctor and she did work on my head I couldn’t find her photo on the website but if you pay for the service she will definitely be there from the beginning of the appointment. It was just 3 or 4 other people in the room when you meet her to get started so I wasn’t 100% sure at the time. Like I said from the beginning my visit was great I just wasn’t sure about the doctor but I stand corrected she was there. I would and have recommended this clinic to people so if you are considering a hair transplant contact Heva.
