Heva Clinic won my business hands down over three top clinics in Istanbul Turkey. I was looking for a clinic who specializes in Afro hair transplantation, one that was modern and on top of their game in regards to latest technology, reviews that mentioned cleanliness and amazing customer service and more. . HEVA hit all the marks hands down!//n//nNow the biggest mark they hit was amazing customer service. This is all because of their amazing customer service representative Thomas who won me over 10 times over!! Thomas was available to me literally 24 hours a day! Whenever I had a question I would immediately message Thomas (day or night) and he would answer in record time with an answer. If he did not know the answer, he would go back to his treatment team and return with the answers. I often asked myself, “does this guy ever sleep?” Thomas was so patient with me and my many calls, helped with my Trip planning and where to visit and stay while in Instanbul, my decision making in specific areas and so much more. Had it not been for him being the first contact and therefore face of HEVA for patients from the USA, I may not have booked, but because of him, and the amazing customer service I did and also highly recommend the clinic to my friends with Afro hair that need this service.
