I recently visited Heva Clinic to undergo a procedure and received an excellent service from start to finish.//n//nI was referred by a friend who visited the clinic in January 2022 to undergo a hair transplant. This was also a procedure I was interested in. I was contacted by the a consultant named Arthur who was very pleasant to deal with, has a very calm demeanour and answered all of my questions promptly with no fuss.//n//nFollowing a brief discussion with Arthur to discuss what I was interested in he requested some photographs of my hair to understand the extent of my hair loss and he got back to me later the same day with a quote. The quote is thorough and includes information relating to the procedure, number of grafts required (subject to change pending face to face examination of your hair), recovery information and details of the hotel you will be staying in.//n//nArthur maintained clear communication throughout and would advise when my taxi was collecting me to bring me from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic and back again to the hotel.//n//nThe team at the clinic were friendly and professional. I was looked after by Marwa who was a fantastic help and she aided with translation from Turkish to English.//n//nThe procedure was as described - took roughly 6-8hrs with a lunch break in-between.
