The staff were friendly and made a nerve-racking experience a lot better. Sarp, Viktor, Dr Özlem, Mohamed, Varna and the rest of the team were great. The hotel was excellent. The only downside was the technicians implanting my grafts did not follow the guidelines nor check throughout to make sure they were both doing the same thing. By the time I realised both sides were not equal, there were only 50 grafts left to be implanted. So the options were to remove grafts from one side or extract more grafts from the donor area. This was unfortunate and avoidable if more attention was being paid. However,I'm still very hopeful that all will be well when the hair grows out& hopefully my baby hair make it unnoticeable.
