My experience with Heva Clinic was great! I was a little nervous at first cause I didn’t know what I was walking into, you hear about the horror stories that happen to some people and you just hope that doesn’t happen to you.//n//nI can say that my nerves were relaxed as soon as I met Mary and walked into the office, everyone was there to greet me and make me feel at ease. They let me pick how I wanted my hairline to be which was great cause I wanted something that looked very natural for me personally. I was also the only patient they were working on that day which made me feel even better cause they could take their time on my head.//n//nThe process was about 9 hours, but it didn’t seem that long to be honest. It was pretty painless, the most uncomfortable part is receiving the anesthesia in the scalp…it was a little rough, but once it was over I was completely fine.//n//nMary is amazing! I can’t say it enough, my sister came on the trip with me for support and to just visit Turkey but she came in a day late unfortunately due to flight issues. Mary helped me setup a taxi for her and she waited the whole time with me until she found the taxi driver, my sister and I were VERY appreciative of that cause my sister was having a rough time.//n//nThe one very small critique I have is the communication with certain things were off and I’m big on communication. When I arrived at the hotel I was confused cause it wasn’t the hotel I was told and when I went inside the hotel I was dropped off at the front desk guy was just as confused as I was, but we figured everything out and I was at the right location. If plans change I think it would be best to let the patient know as soon as possible so we can be aware.//n//nOverall everything was great! If you are looking to get a hair transplant especially with Afro hair I would definitely recommend Heva Clinic. Very professional and you won’t regret your decision.
