I just completed my hair transplant process at Hair Neva and I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. From the time I sent a request for more information to today has been seamless and simple as a client and patient. Mike answered all of my questions via WhatsApp quickly and honestly even when it was late at night for him in Istanbul. He insured everything was scheduled from the transport from the airport, hotel reservations, and my appointments at the clinic. His honesty and transparency was a big determining factor for me selecting this clinic over others. In addition, as someone who has worked for years in the medical construction field, I was also very much impressed with the clinic’s cleanliness and standard which were easily on par with American clinics and hospitals, if not greater. The staff were very friendly and incredibly efficient. Everyone who works here is very much a professional and well trained in what they do. I personally cannot recommend this clinic enough. If I could have one negative, it would be I hadn’t found them sooner. Thank you so much to Hair Neva and everyone who treated me! I’m so excited to have my hair back and to have been treated like a person and a patient vs just another customer.
