My name is Fidel and I just recently had a Hair/eyebrow transplant with Hair Neva. I have been wanting a hair transplant due to my receding hairline/thinning hair and thin eyebrows for about a year now. I looked into several other Hair Transplant companies and decided to go with Hair Neva. My decision to go with Hair Neva was based on several factors to include the price, the reviews/photos I read and once Mike the Senior Medical Executive contacted me on WhatsApp he was very professional and informative. His English was very good and very easy to understand and he made me feel at ease and quickly answered all my questions. Once I decided to go with Hair Neva, Mike stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Once I arrived in Turkey there was a driver/van waiting for me and took me to the Marriott Hotel, which had a very nice room and the best part was that the Hair Neva Medical offices were on the 2nd floor. When I arrived I met Mr. Ammar who like Mike spoke very good English and was very professional and informative. Eventhough though I had been looking forward to do the hair transplant I was very nervous but having Mike and Mr. Ammar answering all my questions and making me feel at ease every step of the way really helped me through the process. I can honestly say that the worst part of the process was the local anesthetic/shots to numb my head/eyebrows was the worst part. It was very painful for me and the second day was worse pain but like they say, no pain no gain and at the end it will be worth it. I look forward to getting thru the healing process and keeping Hair Neva updated on the photos of the progress I have made within the next year. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. If you are thinking about doing a hair transplant Hair Neva is the way to go!!
