I was very pleased with the service and quick response for all the questions and concerns. Mike gave his time and no rushing us for deposit or pushing constantly for booking flights. He understood my wavering thoughts and fears regarding the medicine allergies, came up with different alternatives did few what’s app calls as well as video calls. Even upon arrival we were picked up from the airport and checked in the hotel right above the clinic which was a blessing as no traveling back and forth required. Very courteous and polite staff as well as friendly even though there was a language barrier. Few people were able to speak English but everyone made sure that we were informed properly about all the steps. Made me very comfortable and I am looking forward to the results which I am sure will be great. Omar was a great consultant explained before and after care. We did stayed couple of days more after the procedure where they told us to come to the clinic for shampoo with no extra cost. Which was nice as we didn’t have to open the bottles before going back to USA.
