Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)·3,000 Grafts·No Shave Fue
The issues started promptly after the procedure. After the procedure, you typically have a day of recovery, then your first wash, done by professionals to show you how to safely keep your scalp clean. Before you even go you have to send them your ticket information, this is how you save your slot, so they know exactly when you are leaving. On the day after my operation, I was told I would be picked up for my wash on the (following) day (when) I was to be heading to the airport to leave. This caused a lot of confusion that resulted in me having to do my first wash myself (your first wash is literally included and advertised in the package) because you aren’t suppose to wash the day after (and by 48 hours I was departing). This was simply irritating and mildly inconvenient at the time, but it was symptomatic of what was to come. After the operation, any questions I had took longer and longer to get a response from as the months went on. Currently I’m still waiting for a response from a simple question from weeks ago, after reaching out several times. Additionally I am 6 months post op, and my “simple surgery” with a low graft count isn’t yielding the results I hoped for at all. They did not place the grafts well, as certain regions where they were put have fully grown back, while the areas I specifically stressed were the areas I was most concerned with remain almost entirely unchanged. This makes it clear that while the grafts themselves are not the issue (as aside from a few problem areas I still retain all hair), and the work of the surgeons is the problem. Additionally, while they and most other clinics advertise that they only take a few patients a week in order to ensure the quality of each operation, there were a minimum of 4 patients (5 including me), in the 4 days I was there. While the individuals themselves were friendly, the quality of the product, the services, and medical advice have been severely lacking. Very, very disappointed.
