Clinic Artline, Ali TJ. I know I have another 5 months to see full results but I was expecting it to be a bit fuller by now. I'm hoping it fills in more so I won't need to go through this procedure again. I received 5100 grafts and not sure I have enough donor for another HT. I'm sure it'll be fine and I'm just worrying but I'd like so it doesn't look like doll hair around the edges so I can stop wearing a hat already. Even if I need another HT, it was still a good price. I've been on fin & min the whole time.

Before, during, 2 days and 2 weeks after… Had a lot of bleeding and almost passed out during a lunch break after harvesting and incisions. They gave me an IV to help replace the fluids and felt much better in the afternoon. Tough day and long session. Probably wouldn’t recommend trying to do that much all at once, but hopefully I won’t have to do any major sessions like that again.

I want to get y’all’s opinion on my donor area. I got my HT a little over 2 months ago and I have cut my hair (with a guard) to try to keep the length even. Am I overreacting to how bad my donor looks at 2 months? I’m open to getting SMP, but will wait until fully healed to look into it. Details: HT date: mid August 24’ Clinic: Artline :/ Graphs: ~4500 Meds: oral min and fin, biotin, multi vitamin

So I just came back from Tijuana and my overall experience at Art Line clinic was amazing. I cannot compare to anywhere else since it’s the only clinic I went to. I initially booked with Dr.Cinik before covid but everything was canceled and I kind of forgot about the idea of going to Turkey. Not too long ago, I saw a review for Art line clinic and I decided to check it out. I’m from Montreal Canada so flying to Tijuana is much closer and easier for me since I have ADHD. Sitting still for hours is the worst thing for me. Here is the breakdown: First, I sent some photos of my head and they quickly got a plan for my hair. The plan was to do 5000 graft for the front/mid-section and 3000 in the crown area 7-8 month after. I won’t mention the price as I was lucky to be part of the first 100 patient promotion. Yes it’s a new clinic but he has many years from other clinics. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a doctor and she took blood samples, PRP, and blood pressure. Once my vitals checked out and I happily found out I did not have aids or any other diseases we went into drawing my hairline and discuss the procedure. The hairline was designed to look as natural as possible. By raising your eyebrows, it will show you the line you have to follow to keep it natural. The procedure changed as I asked to have some work done on the crown. I dint want to leave with my big shiny rear end. After discussing with the team, it came down to putting many single graft in the front and all the double and triple in the crown. The density will be balanced but might be a little less dense in the crown as he mentioned. This was MY decision and he happily accepted and said, if you are not satisfied with the results, you come back and we finish the original plan. The rows, I mentioned I DON’T WANT ROWS! He explained how they appear when he makes the incisions but as you can see in the pictures, there are NO rows so no need to worry. 9-10 am Head is shaved, cleaned and sanitized. Injection time, ouch! but its all good. Extraction starts, one technician punches out the follicular and the other tech plucks them out. 4800 in 2 hours if I recall correctly. I asked for something to calm me down and the doctor gave me 2 Simplex natural pills.I felt asleep a couple of times. Bonus, the techs were listening to Turkish music and lightly humming the lyric’s. It was so soothing and I felt really relaxed. They always asked me to see how I was doing. If you feel some pain, don’t be shy to tell them and they will inject more local anesthesia . (Teşekkür ederim) Dr.Ali came many times in the OP room to check the work done by the techs. BTW: whoever thinks the surgery should completely be done by 1 person is nuts. It would take forever!! It’s a 3 person team work procedure minimum. Add 1 more as the doctor came to check my vitals, gave me water, a towel to keep me warm and comfortable. (Gracias Samantha) Lunch time: They will ask you what food you want and order it. They got me a chicken sandwich and holy crap it was delicious. I highly recommend it. Incision time: Dr.Ali did all the incisions based on the discussed procedure. He had a whiteboard with the # of graft taken and sections where to apply the transplants. He kept track of every procedure, graft count and time. Transplantation time: This is the part where I should get a bad client review. Everything was smooth until my body could not take it anymore. You remember I mentioned I had ADHD, yup, it kicked in after 3 hours. I had to get up, I could not laydown still anymore. I freaked out and got up and did some squats and walked around in the OP room 2-3 times. The techs weren’t too happy but they understood it needed to be done or else I was walking away. (sorry again) Once all done, I had the PRP, checked my vitals, apply bandages and a OK to go back to the hotel. Post op: I went back in the morning for a wash, 5 mins red light therapy, changes bandages, explained the medication and all the post op steps. The driver was waiting for me and took me straight to airport. Extra information: They took care of the pickup and drop off from San-Diego airport to hotel. Company called RDTJ. Cost was additional and I gave 25$ tip to Carlos. Paid in US Cash. Communication is done with WhatsApp. The hotel is 10 seconds walk to clinic, the breakfast starts at 7am so plenty time to eat before going into surgery. The breakfast is free but you need to get the coupon from the reception every morning before you enter the dining room. The day after the operation, you can ask to eat in the VIP room so you are alone eating your breakfast. The restaurant closes at 11pm If I recall correctly. You can order room service. I brought some sleeping pills and they helped me a lot to go through the night. I made a setup with the sofa chair with pillows to sleep straight. The clinic will give you something to cover the pillow. USE IT as the Hotel manager will send the bell boy to verify you did not make a bloody mess at checkout. I will wait to see results after the 3, 6 and 9 months. I will decide if I want to go back around the 7-9 month to complete the crown. Pre-op care : started a peptide cycle of TB-500 and BPC-157 4 weeks before. It was for helping to heal an injury and will finish my cycle in 6 weeks. Post-op care: I will start Minox topical 10 days after day 1 on donor area and 1 months after Op on transplant area. Cycle recommended is 2-3 months of Minox but I will do 6 months before going back to complete the crown and mid-section. (2-3k graft) No Fin for me since I had real bad side effects when younger. (Im 45 now)

Great overall experience with very nice professional staff. I originally saw a review who mentioned Dr. Ali as his hair transplant doctor and showed the results 1-6 months. The results spoke for themselves, so I decided to go with Dr. Ali in Tijuana at Art Line Hair Clinic. I will post my results as well with updates every few months. I decided to visit Art Line Hair Clinic during the week to see what options they had for me and get an overall gauge of how many grafts I needed. Art Line Hair Clinic is located on the 7th floor about a mile and a half away from the border on the main street called Via Rapida. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Dr. Ali and the receptionist who was very kind and sweet. The receptionist speaks both English and Spanish fluently. The receptionist took down some information and asked if I had any questions. Extremely polite, knowledgeable and sweet. Dr. Ali went over my options and assessed the overall health of my hair. I was given a few different options, but I wanted a hair transplant. We proceeded with the drawing of the hairline, and it came out to 3k grafts. I was asked when I would like to come in and I said "As soon as possible." My hair transplant was scheduled for the following week and the receptionist sent me an email with instructions for pre-op and post-op. She also contacted me over WhatsApp to confirm, and if I had any questions or concerns to contact her. Day Of Surgery: I arrived at Art Hair Line Clinic at 8am and was greeted by the receptionist. Prior to surgery the nurse conducts a blood draw to test for HIV etc. The test comes back shortly, and if you are clear you proceed to payment. I was quoted for 3k grafts and paid the introductory rate because they just opened the clinic next to Via Rapida. I met with Dr. Ali and a (female doctor) where we began drawing the hairline to see where exactly I wanted it. Dr. Ali mentioned that he wanted me to be happy with the hairline and he would re-draw it until I was happy. (This is a verry important step, use facetime and call a relative to get a second opinion, that's what I did.) Next was the shaving of the donor area and a part of my front hairline. I chose not to shave my entire head. I was moved into the operating room and the anesthesia injections were placed and the procedure began. Both doctors and the nurse were involved throughout the procedure. The hair transplant started at 9 and ended right before noon. Overall great experience and there was no pain. Just a sensation in the front and back of your head. Swelling was minimal and I felt back to normal once I woke up the following day (As normal as one can be after a hair transplant procedure.) I'm very happy with the procedure and how well Dr. Ali and his staff treated me and continue to treat me. I will post updates in the future. If you are still deciding on whether or not to get a hair transplant like I was, I would recommend you speak with doctours to see your options. If a hair transplant is an option for you and you have the budget I would highly recommend it if it is something you struggle with and a head of hair can bring you peace.

I would say I was a norwood 1 or 2 in the scale chart and was looking to get this fixed while also not having to spend over 10k for a surgery. Artline quoted 2,500 grafts. The person that did the surgery told me she ended up doing 2,000 grafts. The people there were all very pleasant and nice in my opinion. My surgery lasted about 3 hours but I could see how someone who is doing 4k grafts can be quite uncomfortable (especially when they are extracting from the donor area) the table you lay on is not very comfortable on your face. My biggest problem with my whole experience would have to be Dr. Ali. During the whole time there I had two interactions with him, he never introduced himself to me, he just gave me a fistbump right before they were trimming my donor area (not sure if to call this unprofessional or not). The only other time was to check after my hairline was drawn by the female doctor (again, no words were spoken here). The surgery was done by two techs and they were nice (asking me to make sure I was okay from time to time). You can tell these people are the actual ones who work hard here (not Dr. Ali). I've seen some recent reviews of people complaining about barely having any interaction with Dr. Ali and I couldn't agree more. While I do believe a good job was done. I was completely at the mercy of these techs and not the trust that I am putting on Dr. Ali. Overall, I would give it a 7/10
