I had an outstanding experience at Vera Clinic in Istanbul. From my first contact with Omer, who answered all my questions and put me at ease, everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. Airport pickup was seamless with a luxurious private car and bottled water provided, and the five-star hotel arranged by the clinic was excellent. The clinic itself feels like a modern mini hospital—immaculate, well-organised, and very welcoming (there was even a piano that I had to have a play on!). My interpreter guided me through every step (I think his name was Kerim but cannot remember exactly), from consultation and hairline design to the procedure itself. The team was friendly and professional throughout, making the whole process smooth. The procedure was exactly as described: initial anaesthetic injections were extremely painful but short-lived, and the rest went quickly and comfortably with breaks and even lunch provided. Aftercare at the clinic the next day was thorough, including the first hair wash, LED therapy, and Oxy-Cure treatment. There was a small miscommunication about my appointment time for the aftercare treatments, but it was quickly resolved. Back home in England, my aftercare consultant Lea has been great and helpful, friendly, and guiding me through every step of my recovery. Overall, a fantastic experience, organised, and definitely worth the price. I’d recommend Vera Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.
