Travelled from the US to have DHI transplant. From airport pick up to drop off, the entire process was seamless. The staff were extremely professional and very pleasant. I was kept informed of what to expect throughout and translators were readily available when needed. The procedure itself lasted 8 hours, was smooth and I was kept comfortable for the duration. The clinic was very modern and clean with all of the latest equipment. Medications were provided for the following days and all bandages were removed the following day. The hotel was comfortable and located very close to the clinic. Transport from hotel to clinic were always punctual. There were many of the hotel residents having the same procedure so there is no awkward feeling with a bandaged head after the surgery, either in the hotel or in the City as a whole. If thinking about having a transplant, I highly recommend Dr Serkan.
