My experience with ViaLife was great from the start. I had Alex as my consultant 6 months prior to me booking my transplant. He was patient and answered every question I had before I paid my deposit. He also helped arrange the best package for myself and even threw in free teeth whitening for myself, my mum and aunt who accompanied me on the trip. The entire trip, Alex was easy to reach, kept open communication, answered all queries I had and acted as translator during all interactions with the rest of the team. For the hair transplant, I had Dr. Umit, he was very professional and helpful, gave helpful advice with the hairline consultation and the post-operative advice. The entire team was very friendly from the moment we arrived, including the nurses, technicians, receptionists and dentist, Cafer. I am currently on day 2 of my transplant journey and I will be keeping in touch with Alex and the team as I heal and grow. I would definitely recommend ViaLife for anyone who would need a hair transplant.
