I recently had my second hair transplant done with Vialife Clinic, and so far, I’ve been really happy with the whole experience. The price was very reasonable, especially for the level of care and professionalism I received. One of the main reasons I chose Vialife Clinic is because the first company I used didn’t have their own surgery rooms they actually used Vialife’s clinic to perform their operations. So, I already knew the location, felt comfortable there, and knew it was a proper, professional environment. That familiarity made my decision much easier. The package included one VIP transfer from my hotel, which was a great touch and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The team used the DHI method this time to give me more thickness and fullness, and although it’s only been five days since the procedure, everything has gone perfectly so far. A big thank you goes to Alex, my consultant, who organised everything for me and made sure I had all the information I needed before, during, and after the transplant. He even answered questions after hours, sometimes when I’d accidentally woken him up that kind of dedication really stood out. Alex honestly deserves a promotion, and anyone who gets him as their consultant can feel confident they’ll be in very good hands. For now, I’m giving Vialife Clinic 5 stars based purely on the experience so far. Everything has been handled professionally, and I’ve felt well looked after from start to finish. Once my results start coming in, I’ll definitely post an update whether it turns out to be a 5-star or a 1-star result, I’ll share my honest outcome. At the end of the day, the results are the most important part, because that’s ultimately what you’re paying for. But based on how smoothly everything has gone up to this point, I’m confident the results will live up to the excellent experience I’ve had with Vialife clinic

My experience with ViaLife was great from the start. I had Alex as my consultant 6 months prior to me booking my transplant. He was patient and answered every question I had before I paid my deposit. He also helped arrange the best package for myself and even threw in free teeth whitening for myself, my mum and aunt who accompanied me on the trip. The entire trip, Alex was easy to reach, kept open communication, answered all queries I had and acted as translator during all interactions with the rest of the team. For the hair transplant, I had Dr. Umit, he was very professional and helpful, gave helpful advice with the hairline consultation and the post-operative advice. The entire team was very friendly from the moment we arrived, including the nurses, technicians, receptionists and dentist, Cafer. I am currently on day 2 of my transplant journey and I will be keeping in touch with Alex and the team as I heal and grow. I would definitely recommend ViaLife for anyone who would need a hair transplant.

I am a sceptic when it comes to making changes to my body and you can imagine my worry when my daughter told me she was going for hair transplant. From arriving to Istanbul to checking in to the hotel and having the procedure the whole process was flawless. Alex kept the flow of communication going, translating where he needed to. He was reachable and quick to respond to any query I had. He also recommended amazing places and activities to do while in Istanbul. The entire team were amazing. I had my teeth whitened under the care of Dr Cafer and my friend also had dental scan, all these were included in the hair transplant package so no extra payment made.
