(4 months after hair transplant - 4400 grafts - I am from Slovakia) I figured I'd wait to write a review until I had something to show for it... you know, like actual hair :D I decided to hold off putting review starts until I could confirm I didn’t just spend money on a really fancy head massage! 😄 I wanted to take a moment for Metropolmed because they truly deserve recognition! I made a last-minute decision to switch from my initial clinic to Metropolmed, and I couldn’t be happier with that choice! Personalized Care: From the start, I was in contact with Giulia, and she immediately made me feel confident in my decision. She was caring, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process, and even after the procedure, she remained incredibly supportive! Clinic Experience: The clinic itself was well-organized, clean, and modern. Everything went smoothly during my visit, which lasted about 8 hours, and even the lunch they provided was delicious (they gave also lunch to me friend). The only uncomfortable part was the local anesthesia (what is normal :D ), but overall, it was a very positive experience. The team of doctors was excellent, each one a specialist in their part of the procedure! Results: Just 4 months in, and I’m already seeing great results (honestly I am suprised). My barber couldn’t even tell I had a transplant because it looks so natural! My grandmother, when she saw me after few months, said, “I can’t believe how you look!”:D Overall Impression: Thanks to Giulia and the ENTIRE medical team, I felt completely cared for. The doctors were polite and professional, and even post-surgery, the clinic stayed in touch!!! (honestly I was expecting no touch after I left Turkey :D ) I was very impressed!!! Whenever I had any concerns, they were quick to respond. Advice for Future Patients: Don’t worry if your hair starts to fall out—it's normal! And try not to check the mirror every day like I did :D It's a long-term process, and the first visible results will take a few months to appear. And I hope it will stays :D And PS: Do not believe in super marketing instagram hair-transplant clinics - as I did. But thanks to my friend I switched clinic to MetropolMed. PS2: Everyone is asking from WHERE they gave me hairs :D because my back head is fully recovered without empty spaces or scars!!!

My experience with MetropolMED was very positive. I have been in contact with the team over the past few weeks, and last week, I completed my procedure in their clinic. The team is highly professional, well-organized, and, importantly, communicative about every step of the process. The package they offer covers all aspects, from consultation and procedures to extra care items, transportation, and accommodations, making travel and the overall experience smooth and hassle-free. Since I traveled from San Francisco to Istanbul, I found this convenience straightforward and reassuring. I worked with Guilia for all communications before arrival. She provided detailed explanations of each step involved. Upon my arrival, I was picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel, and on the day of the procedure, I was picked up again. The entire procedure took nearly seven hours, during which I received 3,500 grafts. The first hour involved general paperwork, a quick check-up, laser treatment, and then hours of donor extractions, preparation, and final transplanting. A translator, Hilal, was available to assist throughout, but the team was also able to communicate as needed. The day after my procedure, I had a follow-up at the clinic, where they performed a gentle wash and another quick check-up. The team was very professional; Dr. Karayazi was knowledgeable, communicative, and warm throughout, ensuring I understood all the details of aftercare while he is personally very involved in all steps of process during his hands-on harvesting/dissection. Moreover, the nurses in the clincs Sena, Aysenur, and Bora were highly involved and efficient, completing tasks with both patience and speed. I was especially impressed by the team’s level of coordination and their proactive use of time. Even after an incident where I accidentally bumped my head in the van, resulting in the loss of three grafts, the team quickly assembled to provide support and put things back in order. Currently, I am in the critical first stages of recovery, and I look forward to seeing my results in the coming weeks and months. From my research and comparisons with other clinics, I believe they did a fantastic job, and I’m excited for the outcome.

First of all a shout out👍 to yusuf (communication), Ella (translation and personal assistant) and Hilal (nurse who was one of the great people who picked my brain all day 😂) . And now the second part of this post for the new customers. I am making this review 1 day after operation and wil update my reviews every month for 1 year. If you want more info about my experience just conatct me. and now without further waiting. .... the building outside looks a bit old but once you come inside it looks very stylish and clean. They make a good effort for making a Proffessional hair transplant. Everything went wel and somehow it felt comforting for woman to do the operation because you feel that they are very detailed and soft in touch. Overal good experience and I would definitely advise you there klinik. But..... and it makes me sad to have to say this. For service and effort they surely deserve 5 stars but sadly its like all my 4 other trips to Turkey somehow the people in this culture always find a way to charge you more money then agreed upon. They charged an extra massive for paying with card instead of cash. I didn't want to start my day with problems. Because paying is the first thing you do when you enter the building for your treatment. So I just payed the extra money and started my day. I let them make video, pictures even a fun movie from all my private moments there. And stil they stik to there story that it's a bank transfer fee 😂. And now the morel of the story. Yes its a good company but don't expect honest business like I have in my country (Belgium) I hope this review gives new customers an insight of these wonderful people and good company (Turkish standars). I recently had a hair transplant procedure done at MetropolMed, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the procedure. The process was smooth and stress-free, thanks in large part to the amazing consultant, Jaydaa. Jaydaa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from my initial consultation to post-surgery follow-up. She patiently answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She also made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and ensured that the entire process was seamless. The facility at MetropolMed was top-notch. It was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and professional, and I felt well-cared for throughout the entire procedure. The surgeon was highly skilled and experienced. Overall, I highly recommend MetropolMed for anyone considering a hair transplant procedure. The entire experience was positive, and I owe that in large part to Jaydaa's help and guidance.
