(4 months after hair transplant - 4400 grafts - I am from Slovakia) I figured I'd wait to write a review until I had something to show for it... you know, like actual hair :D I decided to hold off putting review starts until I could confirm I didn’t just spend money on a really fancy head massage! 😄 I wanted to take a moment for Metropolmed because they truly deserve recognition! I made a last-minute decision to switch from my initial clinic to Metropolmed, and I couldn’t be happier with that choice! Personalized Care: From the start, I was in contact with Giulia, and she immediately made me feel confident in my decision. She was caring, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process, and even after the procedure, she remained incredibly supportive! Clinic Experience: The clinic itself was well-organized, clean, and modern. Everything went smoothly during my visit, which lasted about 8 hours, and even the lunch they provided was delicious (they gave also lunch to me friend). The only uncomfortable part was the local anesthesia (what is normal :D ), but overall, it was a very positive experience. The team of doctors was excellent, each one a specialist in their part of the procedure! Results: Just 4 months in, and I’m already seeing great results (honestly I am suprised). My barber couldn’t even tell I had a transplant because it looks so natural! My grandmother, when she saw me after few months, said, “I can’t believe how you look!”:D Overall Impression: Thanks to Giulia and the ENTIRE medical team, I felt completely cared for. The doctors were polite and professional, and even post-surgery, the clinic stayed in touch!!! (honestly I was expecting no touch after I left Turkey :D ) I was very impressed!!! Whenever I had any concerns, they were quick to respond. Advice for Future Patients: Don’t worry if your hair starts to fall out—it's normal! And try not to check the mirror every day like I did :D It's a long-term process, and the first visible results will take a few months to appear. And I hope it will stays :D And PS: Do not believe in super marketing instagram hair-transplant clinics - as I did. But thanks to my friend I switched clinic to MetropolMed. PS2: Everyone is asking from WHERE they gave me hairs :D because my back head is fully recovered without empty spaces or scars!!!

My experience with MetropolMED was very positive. I have been in contact with the team over the past few weeks, and last week, I completed my procedure in their clinic. The team is highly professional, well-organized, and, importantly, communicative about every step of the process. The package they offer covers all aspects, from consultation and procedures to extra care items, transportation, and accommodations, making travel and the overall experience smooth and hassle-free. Since I traveled from San Francisco to Istanbul, I found this convenience straightforward and reassuring. I worked with Guilia for all communications before arrival. She provided detailed explanations of each step involved. Upon my arrival, I was picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel, and on the day of the procedure, I was picked up again. The entire procedure took nearly seven hours, during which I received 3,500 grafts. The first hour involved general paperwork, a quick check-up, laser treatment, and then hours of donor extractions, preparation, and final transplanting. A translator, Hilal, was available to assist throughout, but the team was also able to communicate as needed. The day after my procedure, I had a follow-up at the clinic, where they performed a gentle wash and another quick check-up. The team was very professional; Dr. Karayazi was knowledgeable, communicative, and warm throughout, ensuring I understood all the details of aftercare while he is personally very involved in all steps of process during his hands-on harvesting/dissection. Moreover, the nurses in the clincs Sena, Aysenur, and Bora were highly involved and efficient, completing tasks with both patience and speed. I was especially impressed by the team’s level of coordination and their proactive use of time. Even after an incident where I accidentally bumped my head in the van, resulting in the loss of three grafts, the team quickly assembled to provide support and put things back in order. Currently, I am in the critical first stages of recovery, and I look forward to seeing my results in the coming weeks and months. From my research and comparisons with other clinics, I believe they did a fantastic job, and I’m excited for the outcome.

If you want more info about my experience just conatct me. and now without further waiting. .... the building outside looks a bit old but once you come inside it looks very stylish and clean. They make a good effort for making a Proffessional hair transplant. Everything went wel and somehow it felt comforting for woman to do the operation because you feel that they are very detailed and soft in touch. Overal good experience and I would definitely advise you there klinik. But..... and it makes me sad to have to say this. For service and effort they surely deserve 5 stars but sadly its like all my 4 other trips to Turkey somehow the people in this culture always find a way to charge you more money then agreed upon. They charged an extra massive for paying with card instead of cash. I didn't want to start my day with problems. Because paying is the first thing you do when you enter the building for your treatment. So I just payed the extra money and started my day. I let them make video, pictures even a fun movie from all my private moments there. And stil they stik to there story that it's a bank transfer fee 😂. And now the morel of the story. Yes its a good company but don't expect honest business like I have in my country (Belgium) I hope this review gives new customers an insight of these wonderful people and good company (Turkish standars). Hello everyone I would like to describe the process of organizing a hair transplant, which you should definitely read After prior agreement with Mr. Yuvez about the course of the operation and the expected success, I decided to travel to Istanbul where they had everything ready for me from the airport shuttle to the 5-star hotel The day of the procedure started so that they cut the little hair I had and evaluated the process performed by a professional surgeon due to my poor donor scalp we were able to transplant 3200 hairs The whole institution is of a very high standard and professional staff The team consisting of a surgeon, two assistants and a pleasant nurse who was also a translator were just great To anyone considering this procedure I sincerely recommend this institution and I personally assure him that he will be satisfied with the result Thank you all again for a job well done Marko from Sweden

I had a very long decision-making process for hair transplantation until I received a reference from my circle of friends from the Meropolmed family, who had received this service before and achieved very good results. I was satisfied with the results my friends received after the hair transplantation and I decided to have a hair transplantation on March 27, 2023. Friends who are going to have a hair transplant should not be afraid, it is a health institution with high sensitivity and interest in human health with the quality of service offered, I was very pleased and this was important for me. My 6-month process is over and I am one of those who say I am glad I had a hair transplant. What I liked most was having my hair with a natural appearance and natural structure in 6 months. 2nd visit 6 months ago, this time to try address the crown area. Again, brilliant from start to finish, excellent accommodation, super friendly staff, was booked in during a time they would usually be closed and still an outstanding service. Procedure was as professional as previous visit, again, having DHE method, no pain, the odd tweak as needles go in to numb but manageable, nothing bad. Since returning home I again followed all advice given by specialist and staff. Took a bit longer to notice the magic working but months 5 and 6 it's happened, still 12 months of potential improvement so I'm extremely happy. Can't recommend METROPOLMED enough. Do your own research but, I'd be amazed if you could find more professional, friendly staff who can deliver these kind of results. Before my decision to visit Metropolmed, I was looking in my native country (Netherlands) for some clinics. I didn’t really find suitable clinics that expected my needs, fortunately a friend of mine went to Turkey and Metropolmed to get a hairtransplant and when I saw his results I was really impressed. So he recommended me Metropolmed and gave me the number of an agent. My agent Jayda really helped me with everything and still helps me to this day with questions, for this I am very thankful. The staff at Metropolmed is also very helpful and really helped me with everything, from providing me with meals and comforting me during the process. The results are already looking good, the procedure was perfect and I can’t wait for the final results. I had a really good experience at Metropolmed. From start to finish. They took good care of me, and the staff and doctors are very professionel. I felt like I was in very safe hands all the time. I had a lot of questions before and after the surgery (I got a hair transplant), and they didn’t hesitate answer me, even on WhatsApp. I got my operation on May 5th which is almost 7 months ago, and we still have contact, and they still answer me if I got any questions. I actually only went to this clinic for a preliminary consultation regarding a hair transplant and found myself on the operating table the next day. The manager of the clinic, Mrs. Duygun Demir, greeted me in a very friendly and courteous manner and discussed all the steps regarding the operation with me. A doctor was also involved in the consultation and answered my questions. The treatment went very well and without any complications. The whole team, from reception to the manager, was highly motivated and when an employee said to me when planting the graffs that they do this job with love, I knew that I was in good hands. Going to Turkey for my hair was the best thing I have done but the hardest bit was trying pick a place to go, so I messaged a few n spoke to a guy called can and he answered all my questions, so I booked it, so when arrived we got picked up at the airport then took to the hilton Hotel which is a 5 star ,on the day of the op I got picked up and took to the hospital and the hospital was very clean and the staff was amazing so got my work done and took back hotel the next day I got picked up again and took to have my head cleaned and can sorted out for me to have a free consultation on my teeth which I'm going back next year for and cant wait ,if your thinking of having anything done see can its all 5 star 🌟 service and the prices are amazing
