He is on the patient coordinator team and not only is he super friendly but he’s also really knowledgeable about the procedures and what patients should expect. He responds quickly and is super calming. Vangjush from the logistics team also made everything so easy. Every pickup, drop-off, and detail was handled perfectly, which honestly made a huge difference when traveling 11 hours by plane. At the clinic, Ebru was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout the day. She made the whole process feel comfortable and personal, not just clinical. The procedure itself was professional, organized, and honestly much easier than I expected. The team clearly knew what they were doing, and I felt taken care of at every step. Both Bekim and Vangjush continue to follow up daily after the procedure - awesome stuff.
