From the second I arrived outside BlueMagic's premises in Istanbul, I was impressed by the staff, their hard work, commitment, passion and knowledge ensuring that my hair transplant procedure went very well and according to plan. While it was Lorenc, my Medical Consultant who was able to guide me into making a decision. Walter, my Care Coordinator enabled me to get the best treatments of stem cell and prp. I was very surprised, the only little pain I experienced was the anesthetic at the start of the procedure. The Translator, Karim and the Doctor along with the Technicians were all excellent and gave me complete confidence and quality service. I will be coming back next year to complete my new look. BlueMagic looks after their patients very well. I have all the after care medication that I need now as recommended by Walter, my Care Coordinator.

I was there in August and I was amazed by the new Facilities of BlueMagic Group Clinic. The experience was very high end and premium. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. What I loved the most about the staff is that they really were up to date with the newest techniques and technology for the hair transplant industry, because sometimes some companies stay with old methods and they never upgrade. Science is evolving every day, and clinics should evolve with it too. I definitely recommend it.

I have just returned home to England having spent this last weekend (Friday to Monday) in the care of Blue Magic. My surgical procedure took place on the Saturday, I was very apprehensive on the morning but was actually put at ease very quickly by the very professional and caring team. As the day went which actually was quite lengthy (around 6/7 hours) I even found the latter stages of placing the extracted hair into new area very relaxing I found myself even falling asleep a couple of times! I've now returned home instructed to rest and relax which I am. I was taken under the care of Diona who has been my contact throughout the procedure, she has been very helpful and answered all my questions and organised my itinerary from start to finish.Any queries and questions have been answered in quick time very efficiently. I looked up various companies beforehand but Blue Magic did stand out to me as being very professional and well organised without being too pushy. I'm now looking forward to the full results in a few months time!!

So I still have month before I go into the surgery but and excited as the consultation was smooth and the consultant (Diona) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We are traveling in a group to do the Hair transplant together and Diona made sure to coordinate everything perfectly. She also made sure that our surgeries where close enough to each other so we can each spend time there and enjoy the trip along with the surgery. I would highly recommend any who are interested in hair transplant surgery to reach out to Diona and mention Kal sent you. :P I have researched and talked to many companies and honestly this was the only company that was able to answer most of my concerns without having to ask multiple times. They always respond fast and make your questions disappear. I will be writing a more thorough review of the full experience of the surgery when its completed. Update: 9-20 Almost a week after my first session, the clinic was clean and the people and technicians were friendly. Initial consultation and surgery was great. People that are waiting for others just sign up and go through with it. They do the utmost to care for you surgery and donor. They will usually suggest the best look for your facial structure. I will try my best to post even more update after a month as currently in recovery process and true results will start after 2 weeks to a month. Total results will take minimal 6 months and up to a year depends on your body more then anything. I have another session that I have to wait for to get complete coverage and can't wait for another trip/session to finish it. Edit: 6 months in feedback. Trenmendous difference from before lots of hair growth and starting to fill in love the look and receive multiple compliments too. Diona our consultant has been the best one so far she has gone above and beyond to help me and all the others I have sent in. She is our official Patel consultant. I will still send in another feedback 9 months to show the progression.

I want to share my great experience during my hair transplant at Blue Magic in Istambul, Turkeye. First, the guide and advice by Eriberth, my contact, always taking care of your questions. Pick up at the airport on time. Checking to a 5 stars hotel. Next morning procedure with a very professional medical personnel. They are always looking to make you confident by answering your questions of your concerns. The aftercare is strictly fallowed for the next two days to make sure every thing is as planned. Finally, they take care of your arragements for your fligh back home. Here I am, almost 3 weeks after my surgery and I can tell every one that my experience, so far, is great. 100% satisfied of the results!!!!!! Eriberth my adviser, is always communicating with me to answer questions, no matter how insignificant it might be. With great confidence, I highly recommend anybody to have the hair transplant with them. This is what I finnaly did, because after a rigurouse research I decided for them. My only regreat, is not have done this earlier. I will share a couple of pictures to demostrate the results 3 weeks into my procedure. Thanks Eriberth, thanks Blue Magic!!! I did a lot of researching online before doing my hair transplant and went with BlueMagic Group because they are the best in Turkey. They are extremely professional and friendly. My medical health consult was Eleni, who did a fantastic job at making me feel confident in every process of the procedure. Getting a hair transplant is a big decision, and this company really cares about helping their patients get the hair they are looking for. The traveling experience was really simple. They picked me up on time and did everything correctly. I had no issues before or after the procedure. It is a very long surgery so please be prepared to endure that! They did a great job at making me feel calm and relaxed because I was very nervous. All the staff at the clinic were friendly! I chose BlueMagic because they are more oriented on the medical side so they care about the health of the hair and the future of their patients. I suggest anyone interested in hair transplant make a consultation, you will be happy you did like me! 6 month update: It's been 6months post-op and the results are life changing. I have another 6months of growth left for the 100% new hair growth. My experience was very positive, and it's incredible how well and natural it looks. Friends and family are so happy and impressed and I always recommend BlueMagic when I get asked where I got it done. Patience is key after post-op, and it is VERY important to keep up with the hair wash, supplements, and care routine everyday! I recommend taking a full month off working out/being in direct sunlight right after the procedure because you do not want the new hair graft to damage and regret it months later. BlueMagic does an incredible job in helping after the procedure and is available whenever you need them. My representative, Eleni, is the absolute best. She is very helpful and knowledgable in every step. I highly recommend asking for her because she cares for the patient. I haven’t seen the results yet because I just had the operation done 5 days ago but I can say that they were extremely professional and the clinic was super upscale. Their whole system makes sense and they set EVERYTHING up for you. I recommend staying there a couple days before the procedure so you can check out Istanbul. Favorite city I’ve been to so far!

Kai Canilla & Vangjush (my patient care coordinator) was absolutely amazing about making me feel comfortable about the beard hair transplant procedure. Stayed in communication with me before, during, and after the surgery. Made recommendations that best fitted my needs in which I took advantage of as well. I strongly encourage anyone going through hair loss or to place hair in places that you never had before to contact Kai and get scheduled for a FREE consultation. Knowing is half the battle. This experience was a birthday gift to my son. It was the best choice, he is so happy. Francis, Walter, and the entire group at BlueMagic were amazing from beginning to end. They made all arrangements and made everything so easy that it felt too good to be true, but it was all true. Professional, but so caring and friendly at the same time.

I have had 3 hair transplant procedures with Blue Magic Group. No issues with the first 2. I was originally told that 2 procedures would be the most I could do due to my donor area not being so great. Approximately a year and a half after my 2nd procedure, BGM re-evaluated my case and determined that a third procedure could be done. During that consultation, the medical coordinator, Francis, asked if I would be open to utilizing chest hair as donor material. I had never thought of using chest hair but I told him that if it worked, that I had plenty of that. After evaluating my case, I was told that we should be able to get approximately 4500 grafts utilizing chest hair and hair from my head. I further researched the chest hair option more before departing back to Istanbul. I found that hair transplant facilities in the US have been utilizing chest hair with great success so this further increased my enthusiasm for getting this done. When I arrived at the BMG clinic and was going over everything with the clinic staff, they pretty much wrapped up the preliminary work and said, “okay, let’s do this”. I then asked about the chest hair as they had not even looked at my chest at this point. When I mentioned “chest hair” everyone in the room looked at me like I was an alien, like they had never heard of using chest hair. They specifically told me that they did not use chest hair because it is anatomically different hair and they could not guarantee its success. I went on to explain that their medical coordinator was the one who brought it up and that he was the one that said it could be done…..”sorry, we don’t do chest hair”. At this point, I had already traveled from the US and spent money on airline tickets, etc. There wasn’t anything I could do at this point except go through the procedure which they said would be a max of 2500 grafts. To say I was livid at this point would be an understatement. I would have never spent the money and time to go there for 2500 grafts. I feel like I was scammed. I contacted my coordinator, a different person from the medical coordinator that had made this promise. When I explained what had happened, she immediately said, “You need to talk to him”. So, I did. Francis came back with some BS statement that my blood pressure was too high to extract chest hair….huh? They had not even checked my blood pressure at that point. Their specific words were, “we don’t utilize chest hair because it is anatomically different and we can’t guarantee its success”. When I pointed that out to Francis, suddenly it was some story about needing to get more information for the clinic…..oh, so you just made that up and when I called you out, now you need to get more information from the clinic. Shortly after that I was assigned another coordinator that I had a rather lengthy phone conversation with. He forwarded my case to BMG management. On November 28, I advised him that I had still not heard from anyone at BMG and he told me that they were conducting a thorough investigation and that someone would contact me the next week. First of all, they had already had three weeks to do this “thorough investigation”. An investigation that could have been done in about thirty minutes, “did you tell him we could use chest hair”, “did you tell him that we don’t use chest hair”?. That “next week” came to an end and I reached back out to my coordinator and told him that I was done with getting the run around and that it would be in BMG management’s best interest to get in touch with me early on Monday. Well, Monday came and went and still nothing from BMG. Another issue with the third procedure. I told my medical coordinator that I wanted to get the Propofol anesthesia with this procedure. The first procedure it was not an option and the pain was excruciating. The second procedure, Propofol was offered and it was a much better experience. When I arrived for my third procedure, after they had just told me that they wouldn’t utilize chest hair, I mentioned that I wanted to get the Propofol anesthesia….”sorry, there’s no one here who can do that”. “Well, you better find someone”. Suddenly, five minutes later, they found someone. It is obvious that at BMG the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Since my first procedure, I have referred 3 people to BMG. Never again. Buyer beware. BMG has gotten scammy. There are plenty of reputable places to get a hair transplant. Stay away from BMG.

So - after endless thoughts, much contemplation and a lot of hesitation I decided to look into doing a hair transplant - I searched the internet and found Blue Magic that caught my attention out of all the other hair transplant clinics out there. Upon reaching out Which was easy via whatsapp - i was connected to Cybele from Blue Magic who helped me maneuver through and out of my fears and convinced me to do it. After confirmation I was put on to Walter who guided me from start and is still my guide and contact up till now 13 days post operation and I’m feeling great. All I had to do was book my flight and provide him with the info. The Experience: Upon arriving to Istanbul for my very first time I was a bit lost within myself and questioning my decision a little but then a guy called out my name at the exit and guided me to a luxury van that transported me to a 5 star hotel in Florya. A bit of a misunderstanding took place as Walter had upgraded my hotel and hadn’t updated me but we got through that hurdle and my apologies to driver Mehmet who I gave a pretty hard time. The hotel was amazing Crowne Plaza Florya thanks Eiden and the food at their restaurant I believe it was Otrix or something like that was absolutely delicious omg. Operation Day: Operation day I was picked up from the hotel at 7:50am and taken to the clinic - I met with doctor Fatih and his team Selma and kurpa who were very friendly and informative. As the procedure was about to start I questioned myself again (what the hell am I doing?) The nurse then began to give me the anesthesia to the donor region - this was painful yes like a bee sting - the nurse assured me that it will only be a couple minutes and I will feel nothing after - I bore with the few minutes which were brutal and then I felt nothing after but I was wide awake. They worked on me for more than 7 hours and I felt nothing whatsoever. It felt almost like sitting in an airplane seat on a cross Atlantic flight - slight discomfort from sitting so long - but the operation area I felt nothing at all. Second day was the same - slight pain when applying the anesthesia and nothing after that - actually the second day I felt more relaxed for some reason - I assume it’s confidence and knowing what will happen unlike the first day. Selma was amazing and Doctor Fatih was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The following day was wash day and thats it process was done. Post Op: I thought I was done but that was only at the clinic - then came the post Op procedures and here Selma and Walter played their part in educating me and guiding me through every question I had day or night. I had to use one of those airplane pillows for the first 10 days and use pads to soak in the bleeding for the first few days - but absolutely no pain - discomfort mostly from having to use the travel pilow but no pain. Conclusion: Ultimately and so far 13 days post Op - I am comfortable and Walter is still in contact with me almost daily which is excellent customer care and service. As for the procedure, It was seamless the team at Blue Magic were professional and really nice people. I would advise anyone who thought of having a hair transplant - don’t hesitate just do it - really there is no pain besides the anesthesia part and nothing to worry about these people at Blue Magic know what they're doing and so far I can say I trust them pending the ultimate results which are guaranteed by the company. Walter is still in contact and seems like he will be until I reach the final result. Thank you Blue Magic.

As a woman, this decision either way was not going to be easy. The BMG medical team and other professionals in my life feel I made the right decision and are confident about the results. Everyone I spoke with at BlueMagic Group has been so kind, responsive and helpful especially Walter (the agent assigned to me) and I spent the most time with the 2 interpreters at the clinic. Ebru was very good about mitigating my anxiety about this procedure because I needed 100% honesty and she was - the first 10 days are uncomfortable because of medication, pain, discomfort and disrupted sleep. And that there are typically no results until after 3 months post-op. A few months ago, when I asked another agent what the worst case scenario would be after doing a transplant, I was told “worst case scenario nothing changes”. When I looked online prior to coming to Istanbul, I saw accounts of people not regrowing hair in their donor area so some people lost even more hair. When I asked Walter about regrowth in the donor area, he said they leave most of the grafts behind so it should regrow hair. I’ve also lost a couple of clumps since the procedure due to the stress/trauma to the scalp. I really really hope I regrow that hair back so we will see. I also saw reviews online that mentioned the floor not being clean, that was also true the floor wasn’t the cleanest, but all other surface areas were. I also researched other clinics and don’t think another place would have necessarily been better, no one can technically guarantee results, I am just concerned with my own and hopeful this was the right decision for my condition. As far as the clinic itself goes, I sensed an overall solid level of professionalism and clear intention for marketing but that did not interfere with me getting my needs met and getting the honest reassurance I require. The surgeons and technicians were very meticulous and efficient with the process, they seem educated and highly experienced. My scalp looks very tidy and the grafts are behind my hairline for a most natural appearance. Their supplies appeared to be sterilized, they communicated with me throughout the experience, announcing each phase of the process before beginning and I was done in 6 hours total with 2500 grafts. The local anesthesia was the only painful part of the process, the rest was painless. I dosed off a couple of times but was generally awake for the whole thing. I also opted for the Stem Cell therapy to enhance native and transplanted hair growth + strength, even though it is a relatively new treatment for hair transplanting - the research I did on it was overall positive so far. I chose to maximize my chances of overall permanent regrowth, so I intend to give an updated review in a few months with actual results! Right now though - 4 days later - my face is a little swollen still, and the back of my head looks like those dolls whose had a large chunk of hair torn off the back of her head. There is barely any pain though, it’s mostly uncomfortable with tightness and itch but I’m following the post-op procedures meticulously.

I feel totally misled by BlueMagic Group International. They made it sound like they owned a clinic in Turkey, but later I found out they actually work as a middleman. They take real hospitals’ prices, add their own commission on top, and then sell it to us as if it’s their clinic. When I spoke directly with the actual clinic where my surgery was performed, the price was much lower than what BlueMagic charged me. I basically paid a middle-agency fee without knowing. If I had contacted the hospital myself, I could have saved hundreds of pounds. Very disappointing and definitely not what they advertised. BlueMagic Group International claimed to be a proper medical provider, but after my experience I realized they are just an overrated agency. They don’t own a hospital or a medical center—everything is outsourced. I checked the real clinic’s prices afterwards and I was shocked. BlueMagic added a big markup and sold the exact same procedure to me for a higher price. They basically operate as brokers in Turkey. I wish someone had told me earlier that I could get the same treatment directly from the hospital for a much more reasonable cost. Honestly, I regret choosing BlueMagic Group International. They advertise themselves as if they run a professional medical facility, but in reality they are just an intermediary. The place where I had my hair transplant told me that BlueMagic doesn’t own a clinic and that they simply bring foreign patients to real hospitals and add their commission on top. I could have received the exact same operation for a much cheaper price if I had gone directly to the clinic. BlueMagic is overrated and not transparent about how they work. Patients deserve to know they are paying extra for nothing more than an agency fee.

I went to Blue Magic Group for my beard transplant, and wow.. All I can say that is that they are absolutely world class. From A to Z they were true professionals and not a single step was skipped. We landed in Istanbul and they had a driver there waiting for me in a Mercedes van to take me to a hotel. They made sure I was taken care of and made I sure was prepared for the surgery the next day. In the morning they had another driver pick me up and take me to the clinic. The facility looked brand new, the staff were very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood everything and really made the whole procedure a cake walk. It honestly felt like I was at a spa & I was taken care of extremely well the whole time. After the procedure they provided me with a one month after care kit completely for free. Their aftercare process is nothing short of thorough and well designed. I’ve done my research and they’re the only clinic in Istanbul that gives you the first month of aftercare complimentary, as well as have a 1 year plan on how to maximize the results. I’m blown away by how much they care about me getting the best results. The whole process for me only took one and a half days, with the second day just being a simple wash and showing me how to use the aftercare products they provided. I’m completely done now and ready to fly home tomorrow, they even have a driver arranged for me to leave from the hotel tomorrow at 2 AM for my flight!! Overall, clean & modern clinic with amazing people. All their staff has been top notch and any time I ever need anything whether it be a glass of water or a question answered.. they always help me right way. Thank you Blue Magic Group!!!

My experience with Blue Magic Group was absolutely great from start to finish! From the very beginning, I was in touch with Medo, who was super helpful. He gave me all the info I needed about the costs, trip details, and the packages available. He answered all my questions and reassured me that I was in good hands with this company. The package he offered made my whole experience so easy—everything from hotel arrangements to a personal driver and a city tour. The price for the whole package was very good, and I decided, yes, I am doing this! Once I made the deposit for my package, I connected with Walter, who became my go-to for any questions. He was amazing at explaining everything I needed to know about my procedures and checked in on me while I was in Istanbul to see if I needed anything. Walter always responded quickly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole trip. I chatted with Walter and Medo through WhatsApp, which was way easier than calling or emailing. My procedure took two days, and when I arrived at the clinic, I met Faith. She walked me through the entire process, introduced me to the doctor, and the staff. Everyone at Blue Magic was so friendly that I never felt alone or had any doubts. The procedure went really well, and whenever I had questions or concerns, they took the time to explain everything and reassured me that all would be fine. Now that I'm back home in Chicago, Walter is still checking in on me, making it easy to reach out with any questions. Thank you guys!!

My decision to have hair transplant surgery was actually based on a desire from my 30s; I'm now 66. It became that 'thing' I never thought achievable. And honestly, by the time I hit 60, I started digging my thinning hair that had turned a solid white. Three of my workmates had traveled to IST for the procedure, and one, a trusted friend, recommended Blue Magic. So, I made the call, thinking that by the time I asked all my questions I would be clear that this is not something I want nor need. I then met Bekim Hocha. What an asset he is! Pleasant in every way. Soft spoken. He even understands and follows the nuances of the English language, aka he laughs at my jokes. What remains a mystery is that each time I messaged Bekim on What's App, whether I was in Athens, New York or Boise, he would reply within minutes. The guy works 24 hrs shifts. I had a genuinely great experience getting my hair transplant, and I wanted to share it because everything went smoother than I ever expected. I was hesitant to travel from America for it, but I wouldn’t change anything. From the start, the communication was great with Bekim Hoxha. He is on the patient coordinator team and not only is he super friendly but he’s also really knowledgeable about the procedures and what patients should expect. He responds quickly and is super calming. Vangjush from the logistics team also made everything so easy. Every pickup, drop-off, and detail was handled perfectly, which honestly made a huge difference when traveling 11 hours by plane. At the clinic, Ebru was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout the day. She made the whole process feel comfortable and personal, not just clinical. The procedure itself was professional, organized, and honestly much easier than I expected. The team clearly knew what they were doing, and I felt taken care of at every step. Both Bekim and Vangjush continue to follow up daily after the procedure - awesome stuff.

After 8 and a half months my results are shocking. I paid £4,000 for two sessions of FUE / DHI, I've constantly been told full results can take up to 12-18 months but this just isn't improving. Hugely disappointed so far and if I wasn't a good candidate for the procedure then I should have been told from the start. I was guaranteed to be a Norwood 2 by the end and this is not the truth. If your a Norwood 6/7 then avoid Blue Magic Group they will take your money with false promises.
