My decision to have hair transplant surgery was actually based on a desire from my 30s; I'm now 66. It became that 'thing' I never thought achievable. And honestly, by the time I hit 60, I started digging my thinning hair that had turned a solid white. Three of my workmates had traveled to IST for the procedure, and one, a trusted friend, recommended Blue Magic. So, I made the call, thinking that by the time I asked all my questions I would be clear that this is not something I want nor need. I then met Bekim Hocha. What an asset he is! Pleasant in every way. Soft spoken. He even understands and follows the nuances of the English language, aka he laughs at my jokes. He answered my questions; walked me through the process; forward photos of previous clients; removed my fear. He was there every step of the way with reminders, instructions, and clarity for my concerns. What remains a mystery is that each time I messaged Bekim on What's App, whether I was in Athens, New York or Boise, he would reply within minutes. The guy works 24 hrs shifts. The point is, I would not have gone through this journey if not for him. I thank you, Bekim for the initial encouragement and the Above and Beyond support along the way. In all fairness, all the staff, Vangjush (team leader) and all the clinic personnel are top notch. Thank you all.
