Very disappointed I want to share my experience after my husband’s hair transplant at this clinic in Istanbul. While the surgery itself was completed, the overall treatment and communication were highly unprofessional: • There was no English translator present during the medical procedure, so my husband could not understand what was being said or explained to him. • The staff did not properly explain the procedure, the medications, or the aftercare. • My husband was given medication without clear explanation of what it was or why he needed it. • He felt very unwell after the procedure, but there was no medical supervision, no one to answer his questions, and no opportunity to speak with the doctor. • The staff ignored our concerns, and when we submitted an official complaint, the clinic did not respond or take responsibility. This experience was stressful, confusing, and unsafe. A medical clinic should provide clear communication, proper consent, and care for the patient’s well-being — especially when treating international patients who don’t speak Turkish. We do not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially foreigners who need proper support and communication during medical treatment.
