All done in one day , I stayed an extra day so they could wash my head before going home I had comb over hair and it was horrible before. My hair is light and thin but the results are amazing ! My hair transplant operation (3800 grafts) was on 06/06/2023 . The entire operation process, pre- operation and post operation care and service was amazing. But one major thing i want to emphasise is that, I was scared before the operation of the pain and I mentioned this to the doctors and trust me my operation went as smooth as possible with absolutely no pain. I was very much satisfied in-fact happy. Can now recommend this to anyone who is looking for hair transplant. I’m very happy with my experience. I booked three months before, I had a full consultation via WhatsApp and phone calls. I paid the deposit, I was emailed all the information I needed in a PDF pack. So I knew everything that was going to happen. When the day of the flight I finally came, they collected me and a few others from the airport and bought a straight to the clinic. We did a blood test straight away and a full health check. And the next day we began the process. They have a huge beautiful building in Istanbul, it’s about 10 stories, with hundreds of staff. They operate on 75 to 100 patients a day. It’s clean and luxurious and professional. The hotel is in the building as well. There are free breakfast, lunch and dinner whilst you stay here. The day of the operation went very smoothly, they treated me so well. They gave me laughing, gas and morphine and I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. The procedure was about eight hours long, and then the next day we remove the bandages and they gave me after-care advice. And then they drop me straight to the airport. All in all, I highly recommend this place to everyone, it is a little bit more expensive than the usual places in Istanbul. However, it’s totally worth it when it comes to your health.

I had a fantastic journey for the hair transplant at Elithair Transplant. I got my hair transplant done on 5th Jan 2022 and waiting for the positive results (patience is the only key here). The doctor, staff, and everyone takes care of you and responds quickly to your doubts. If you want to get back your hair, I recommend them without any second thoughts.

I do not recommend this clinic. I do not recommend this clinic. I went to their clinic in Turkey and it is pure mass processing from start to finish. You feel like cattle the entire way through. They will proudly tell you how many procedures they perform every day — hundreds — which makes you wonder where exactly they find all this "qualified" staff. Some patients have suggested they've started giving taxi drivers crash courses to train them up, because the actual procedure is very long and laborious and requires a lot of hands. During the entire process, you see a doctor for less than five minutes — and certainly not the great expert Dr. Balwi, whose name is on all the products they try to sell you. He is probably sitting somewhere in the Caribbean counting his money (good for him!). For me, 18 months after the procedure, there was virtually no visible difference. I spent a lot of money and went through a lot of discomfort for little to no result. I then called them on the guarantee they emphasise so heavily when selling you the procedure — but it is a hoax, of course. They will claim they said from the beginning that success chances are moderate. Would I really have spent that much money for moderate outcomes? Of course not. They told me I was the ideal candidate, that I had enough donor hair, that the procedure would be very effective, and that in the unlikely case it didn't deliver the results I desired, I could rely on the peace-of-mind guarantee they offer. Well, I called them on that promise. Their response, in a nutshell: "Sorry, no guarantee for you — but we can offer you a 10% discount on your next procedure with us." 😅 So think carefully before going with them. It might work out for you, but if it doesn't, know that there is no such thing as a guarantee — no matter what they tell you during the sales process. Here is their response to my warranty claim: "During the examination, it was explained to the patient in detail that the density expected for areas 3 and 4 would be moderate, while lower density could be achieved in the crown region (assessed as areas 5 and 6) due to donor capacity and anatomical structure. It was also clearly stated that the crown region structurally requires more grafts and that achieving high density in a single session is often not possible; therefore, a second session may be necessary for densification in the future. Over the past year, the graft retention rate has reached approximately 85%, which is considered a successful and acceptable result from a medical perspective. The overall appearance was evaluated in line with the pre-operative planning and expectations communicated to the patient, and a noticeable increase in density was clearly observed, especially in the middle and crown areas. It was stated before the operation that the result would be weak in the crown area. The current result is generally considered successful, exceeding expectations. The patient's feedback indicates dissatisfaction with the results and a request for correction. However, upon reviewing the photographs sent for evaluation, it is understood that the images were taken under intense light and with wet hair. Such photographs do not provide reliable results for medical evaluation; because in wet hair, hair strands stick together, causing the hair density to appear lower than it actually is. Similarly, photographs taken under strong, direct light make the scalp more visible, creating a misleading impression regarding density. In contrast, photographs taken with dry hair and in more natural lighting conditions show the increase in density and the overall change in the transplanted areas much more clearly and satisfactorily. Therefore, the results obtained cannot be considered within the scope of the warranty. Although it is not within the scope of the guarantee, as the Elit Hair family—who always prioritizes patient satisfaction—we can apply a 10 % discount on pigmentation"

I, like most people, decided to think about doing a hair transplant and was looking for a place nearby. Unfortunately, I chose this center in Dubai and had my transplant done there. I’ll summarize my experience in a few points below: 1. All communication with the staff is handled from Turkey. When you arrive in Dubai, you don’t know anyone there — not a single doctor, nurse, or staff member. 2. The pre-surgery tests are extremely basic. All the “advanced tests” you see in their videos are done in Turkey. In my case, they only did a simple blood test. 3. The donor area planning and hairline design are very primitive. The doctor comes in smelling strongly of smoke, takes a ruler and a pen, and draws on your head. No computers, no advanced tools, nothing. 4. After the transplant, my donor area was severely damaged. I now have to shave it down to zero so that the large empty patches don’t show. 5. The transplanted area has very poor density distribution. The hairline is uneven compared to the other side, and the follicles were implanted badly in terms of angle and placement (if you compare with other clinics’ results, it’s very obvious). 6. After the transplant, I didn’t get a single follow-up call or message from them. Travelling from abroad to a foreign country where I cannot communicate in their native language was a little bit intimidating at first. Specially if you are having a medical procedure done where it is essential that you have a clear understanding of what to expect. All my initial reservations disappeared from the moment I was picked up at the airport. The driver, although limited in English, took me to the clinic right away (at 2:00 am) where my whole journey started. There, they explained to me the whole procedure (preop, operation, follow up). Everything worked great from start to finish. I was lucky to have Salli, my translator with me at all times solving any questions I might have. Although it is a bit daunting at first, specially when you arrive at the clinic and see all the patients at different stages of their procedures (some with bandages, some with their heads shaved and lines drawn...), once you start the actual process, it is easy to follow as every step is very well planned. The whole staff, from the receptionists to the actual medical staff is very polite and are willing to assist you with questions. They completely understand that patients can sometimes feel lost as, for most of us, it is the first time we undergo this kind of procedure. The accommodations are great. I stayed at the Sheraton and the room was really spacious for just one person (even for two) and breakfast was included. Room service was not that expensive at all (which you might actually want to take advantage off, specially on the day of your operation). All in all, although the trip for me was very long (from the USA) and has nothing to do with the Elit Hair at all, I had an extremely positive experience with them and would not doubt to recommend it to anybody. One thing I would recommend. Bring a good book to read or have your phone ready with your favorite music. You spend a lot of time waiting as the volume of people on the clinic is high. But it does not feel overwhelming at all, and you might even make friends, which is always a plus.

I just finished my hair transplant with Elitehair. The price and the quality was good. When I first arrived, I was shuffled between waiting rooms and completed paperwork that I already completed prior to arrival. I was also told I could pay by credit card which I found out only 24 hours prior that they only took cash. There is a clear mid-match between the folks you speak with online and the people you actually work with for the procedure. Furthermore, I was in pain most of the procedure. I had to ask for more local anesthesia repeatedly only to get blown off by the assistant that could barely speak English. After hours of pain, the workers spent the second half of my procedure joking and laughing with each-other in Turkish which was unprofessional and off-putting. I don’t regret working with Elithair, but I won’t be going back to them for a second surgery anytime soon.

The only downside was that my facial and dental treatments were sadly not scheduled / time wasn’t made for them on the day, despite me making inquiries early on and notifying the clinic in advance. After years of suffering, I decided to have surgery in November 2024. Everything went smoothly, and the deep sleep method was excellent. The team was very friendly and competent. My stay at the clinic was very good; I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you for that. The result in the front area is already great after nine months; the tonsure can still mature a bit. That takes up to 16 months because the blood flow to the back of the head is poor. Still, it's no comparison to before. Man wird als Bewerber für Head of Sales weder in Empfang genommen, noch bekommt man eine Ansprechperson. Nach über 1,5 Stunden warten ,wurde man in knapp 20 Minuten abgefrühstückt. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!

The major think was to me, it felt like a save space, very gentle and professional team. For the graft extraction I had a very nursing lady. Tanks to her. And the deep sleep was a very nice experience.
