I’m really pleased with my hair transplant experience. From the initial consultation through to the procedure itself, the team were professional, reassuring, and clearly very knowledgeable. I felt well looked after on the day, and everything was explained clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence.The transplant itself went smoothly and I’m very happy with how everything has been handled so far. The only downside was that my facial and dental treatments were sadly not scheduled / time wasn’t made for them on the day, despite me making inquiries early on and notifying the clinic in advance. This was a bit disappointing. That said, the quality of the hair transplant and the care I received were excellent, and I would still recommend the clinic based on that experience.
