I came back to Vera Clinic for my second hair transplant (Dec 2025), and yes, I realize that returning for round two is probably the most convincing “review” I could write.//n//nJust like last year, the experience felt extremely professional from start to finish: clear communication beforehand, smooth logistics on-site, and a team that makes you feel well taken care of at every step.//nAirport pickup and hotel arrangements worked without stress, and the clinic’s organization on surgery day was efficient and calm.//n//nThis time I also had a very specific returning-customer request: I asked in advance whether Mahir could be involved again. He was the one who created the channels during my first transplant, and we had such a good and genuinely fun conversation back then that I basically wanted the “same team, same vibe” upgrade for round two. Vera actually made it happen which felt surprisingly personal for a clinic that handles a lot of patients. Mahir created the channels again, and together with Merve and Yağmur the procedure was handled in a structured, reassuring, and very smooth way.//n//nI’m also returning with confidence because I’m massively happy with the result of my first transplant (front-to-mid area). That outcome is exactly why I felt comfortable coming back for the crown and some mid-scalp work.//n//nAnother strong point (again) is the aftercare. Burcu, my aftercare assistant, has been extremely supportive and responsive, with the right kind of patience towards my detailed follow-up questions that tend to start with “quick question…” and end up as a small dissertation (microneedling included). The WhatsApp support after returning home is genuinely reassuring in the first days.//n//nOf course it’s still early and final results take time, so I’m not reviewing “the result” of the second transplant yet, I’m reviewing the overall experience, professionalism, and support.
