I own a company in the US so I know how important customer service is; before "and" after the sale of the service. I also know how crucial it is to "exceed" customer expectation of performance! Dr. Serkan's team exceeded at all levels, beginning with Mey who was my "point" person who scheduled everything from beginning to end. She was always available for even my slightest concern! Emre is another "point" person who never skipped a beat, from scheduling my transportation from the airport, shuttles and back to the airport. There are actually (2) Emres there; both are wonderful. But I have to say that the team of female technicians were astounding in their skill! I can't stress this enough, they (like Mey) worked with precision and never overlooked any detail while working on me. I was never in any pain throughout the surgery and could not be happier with the results. Mark, remains my "point person" on continuing service to follow up on healing. He has returned each and every email I had, usually the same day! The clinic is stellar in what it looks like and I never felt as if I was at a "questionable" clinic. I met two patients (from ANOTHER doctor and clinic) and they told me they were in pain during the surgery. I was SO comfortable that I caught myself actually talking in my sleep! The technician thought I was speaking to her! LOL! I was so relaxed. At the end, I purchased a kit that has the continuing maintenance products. It's been 4 weeks and I could not be happier! I can't wait to go back next year to do my crown. They placed over 4,500 hair follicles on the top of my head. Another important note, I have been in a couple of movies and will be doing 3 more in the next 3 years. It is critical to look my best and so I did my research and I thank God I made the right decision to go to Dr. Serkan. Lastly, so how did I find out about Dr. Serkan? I was in my barber's chair discussing having this restoration done. A customer was waiting for me to be finished but overheard my conversation with my barber. He said, "I'm a patient of Dr. Serkan and couldn't be happier. I went there last year" The barber said, "Come here, let me take a look"! He had longer hair. The barber said, "I can't even tell the difference!" That is how I knew Dr. Serkan was the one! I researched from that point forward and Dr. Serkan's name kept rising to the top!
