I learned about Vera Clinic through other people’s great results and decided to request a consultation. I was contacted by a consultant named Rytis — very polite, helpful, and quick to respond. He clearly explained everything regarding travel, accommodation, the procedure, and payment. Before the trip, the clinic team contacted me with clear instructions. Upon arrival, transportation to the hotel was already waiting — everything was well organized. I stayed at the Titanic Business Kartal hotel, which was excellent with very friendly staff.\n\nOn the day of the operation, we arrived at the clinic and were assigned a translator. Everything moved quickly, but I want to highlight that the translator spoke excellent English, was friendly, and guided me through every step with no unanswered questions.\n\nThe entire process was smooth. I was most worried about anesthesia and pain, so I requested sedation with NFI. I was pleasantly surprised — I felt almost no pain at all. The doctors were careful, attentive, and explained each step. The procedure itself was top-level and one of the best experiences I’ve had; time passed very quickly. This experience gave me full confidence in the clinic, and I would return again if needed.\n\nAfter the operation, I felt slightly weak and dizzy, but the clinic staff took great care of me and ensured I returned safely to the hotel. While waiting for transport, I was constantly monitored, which I truly appreciated. Special thanks to the woman who accompanied me until departure (sorry, I don’t remember your name).\n\nI genuinely recommend the clinic — for the price, you receive a lot.\n\nNow I would like to mention something that left a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. The day after the surgery, we came in for a check-up. As always, the friendly staff explained how to proceed with self-care, what products and medications to use. At this point, I was introduced to topical finasteride.\n\nThe clinic offers various products, and that in itself is fine. The issue is that I purchased products from them that are significantly more expensive than the average market price — something I only realized later. It is a very effective strategic move to offer products when a patient is tired after a procedure, poorly rested, and has little time to properly analyze the purchase, especially when you want to protect your hair as much as possible. \n\nI was offered topical finasteride, with an official website price of the price I paid per bottle, and the clinic offered it roughly half that price. I agreed without thinking too much, although the price still seemed very high to me. Sometimes clinics do have exclusive products, so I purchased 1.5 years’ worth of finasteride.\n\nAfter returning home, I researched the product more thoroughly. Its official website does not look trustworthy, appears cheaply made, has no reviews, and the organization itself is not well known. Other topical finasteride options (Keeps, Hims, DrHair, Sons, etc.) cost around the price I paid for the same quantity. I don’t see why I had to pay nearly three times more. Time will tell — perhaps I will change my opinion later.\n\nDue to airport hand-luggage rules, I had to open the packaging, so returning the product is no longer possible. I am not saying this is a scam, but I strongly advise future patients to carefully evaluate any additional products offered, as I clearly overpaid.\n\nAfter returning home, Vera Clinic continued monitoring my recovery. I highly recommend the clinic — just be mindful when purchasing extra products :)
