Its a huge, well-established clinic with loads of employees and theyre all super friendly. Almost everyone speaks some level of English and most of the time you are accompanied by someone whose dedicated role is to translate, but if not you can be in constant contact via whatsapp with the person in charge of organising your whole journey. The customer experience is really relaxing and they explain everything. I came here because I know two people who came here and I would highly recommend it. I even got to meet the boss man Dr Serkan himself. Really happy with the quality of output too. All the info is available for before during and after the procedures, and you are looked after every step of the way.
