Had micro pigmentation done couple years before surgery, missed having my hair. 4400 grafts - 3900 from donor area, 500 from beard. Surgery was on Friday. Today marks the 3rd day. Had my first wash yesterday. It’s currently Monday in Turkey and I’m staying to explore until heading back to the states on Wednesday. Ngl, surgery was a very uncomfortable experience, but it’ll be worth it in the end! Let the journey begin.

Hello, just had my 1st hair transplant just today, And want to share some of what I experienced. They picked me up at 9am into my hotel, arrived at 9:25am at the clinic. I met helin they’re manager discussed everything about everything how many grafts I needed to fill up the hairline they say ita around 4000. Etc In my case I needed 2 hair transplant 1 for the crown and for the hairline. Im 39yrs old they told me that I needed to use minoxodil to prevent from loosing much more hair Btw I paid for the hair transplant the another for the prp.( they accepted cad just to let you know) Once I already paid so the 3 surgeon/ technicians prepaired everything getting blood samples and doing drawing hairline if I was ok with it. I didn’t get the surgeons/tecnicians names (i will ask once I get back for the washing).

After extensive research, I settled on Esthetic Hair in Cancun, Mexico. I'm ecstatic about my decision! From the price to the process to the procedure, everything worked out great. I'm so glad I opted for Esthetic Hair and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. First though, I'll address the slight hiccups I experienced. Esthetic contacted me before I left the US to tell me their driver would meet me at the "Friends and Family" terminal in Cancun. As soon as I left US airspace, my phone wouldn't work. No calls and no internet. I realized I didn't have international data/cell plans. So, when I arrived, I went through Customs and ended up at the "Taxi" Terminal. I waited for 3 hours for the Esthetic driver to show up. I had no idea there were multiple arrival terminals. With no working phone, I couldn't contact Esthetic. The guards at the doors would not allow me to re-enter the terminal, so I was stuck. I had to pay a taxi to take me to Esthetic Hair. I knew it was a rip-off, but I had no choice. I was dying in that heat. So, pretty much everything after that was A+ clinic/procedure-wise. I was greeted by Helin after getting to Esthetic. He's awesome, speaks perfect English and is very personable. Just a great guy and incredibly nice. He realizes patients are apprehensive, stressed and a little out of sorts. So, he really calmed me. He explained what happened and how the driver missed me. I waited at the clinic for the driver to come back and he took me to the hotel which is within sight of the clinic. Check-in at Hotel Mura was easy and my room was very nice. My only problem was that my room did not have drinking glasses, paper or pen/pencils. Most of the staff speaks Spanish, but I managed by using Google translate. Pen and paper would have been easier especially when ordering food from a nearby restaurant. I thought there would be a few more menus or restaurant coupon-type ads at the hotel, but no. There was only 1 from a local pizza shop. Anyway, the next morning, the Esthetic driver picked me up and took me back to the clinic for the procedure. Helin greeted me and after some paperwork, he guided me through the process and gave me a general idea of what to expect. He asked if I had breakfast. I was supposed to but didn't because the restaurant at the hotel doesn't open until 8AM. My procedure began at 7:30AM. I had no way to eat and had no idea where I could even eat anything anyway. I hadn't had the time to get to know the area around the hotel yet. Some input from the hotel or clinic would have been nice in terms of where to get food. It turned out that Doctor Amir would be my doctor. My surgery was about 6.5 hours long. I received 3,700 grafts. Amir was/is amazing! He was gracious, personable and very meticulous. Just an all-around good guy and an excellent surgeon and expert at transplants. HE is the reason I would go through all of it again. He's a rising star in the industry. During the transplant he was just so focused, meticulous and calculating. I felt at total ease with him and the nurses/technicians. I absolutely recommend him and can tell that if he isn't already in-demand, he will be. He spent at least a good 35-45 minutes drawing my new hairline and explaining things. After that, I was taken into the procedure room and the 2 nurses/technicians gave me the local anesthesia. I won't lie, the shots are horrible. By far, the worst part. They hurt. On a scale of 1 to 10, they're an 8 or 9. But, the nurses made it more bearable. They were excellent. There's a slight language barrier with them, but I was able to communicate and get by. They were awesome, personable, gentle, caring and helpful. Secondary to that, the pain isn't nearly as bad when your nurses/technicians look like even more beautiful versions of Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek! So, the operation went by quickly. I slept off and on throughout it. About 30% of the time. During my research, some suggested that there was a slight language barrier. There was at times, but again, nothing that wasn't easily overcome. I had no issues with that. We took a lunch break. This was my second hiccup. I was starving, and was given 2 Panini-type grilled cheeses and water. I really appreciated it, but truly, the grilled cheeses are not good at all. I ate most of them though because I hadn't eaten since 8 PM the day before and had no idea if I would eat again that day. Back to the procedure room to finish up. Afterwards, I was wobbly. Not much, but enough to know that I needed to sit and chill for a bit. The nurses bandaged me and I sat in the clinic lobby collecting my wits. They brought me a chicken sandwich and water. It was WAY better than the Panini grilled cheeses. WAY better. Something besides water would have been nice too. Anyway, overall, Esthetic Hair gets an A+++. Their work is life changing and I am forever grateful to them!

I am reporting my personal experience, fully documented via WhatsApp messages, written exchanges, and video calls. • September 2025: Wissal contacted me. After extensive messaging, when I requested the doctor’s identity, qualifications, and verifiable documentation, communication abruptly ceased. • Following period: A second consultant (name not recalled) informed me that Wissal had left for family reasons. Communication again stopped after I requested the same information. • November 2025: Lisa contacted me. She sent promotional messages and a video with a person presented as a dermatologist. When I requested verified information about the operating doctor, communication suddenly ceased. • December 13, 2025: Beshir, sales supervisor, contacted me. He stated that Lisa, like Wissal, left for family reasons after an accident. Out of the three consultants before Beshir, at least two reportedly left suddenly for serious family reasons. I was repeatedly asked to “trust” the clinic. • December 17, 2025: I was told the procedure would be performed by Dr. Özge Aktas. She did not attend. Instead, Batuhan Bilgi appeared, presented as a doctor, but he is an anesthesia technician without a medical degree. • December 18, 2025, 19:08: Beshir found a way to unilaterally cancel the trip. He wrote that I had “behavior not consistent with a serious person”, after I discovered that a technician had been falsely presented as a doctor. He asked whether I actually intended to come, despite already purchasing round-trip Rome–Istanbul tickets for two (Dec 29–Jan 3) and sending them via WhatsApp on Dec 17 at 23:00. This ordeal has cost me and my wife the round-trip tickets, and involved over two and a half months of repeated contacts, messages, and video calls, all of which were ultimately fruitless. I reserve the right, keeping and presenting all documentation in my possession, to claim material damages in accordance with international and Turkish relevant consumer protection laws and principles as set out below: Relevant consumer protection laws and principles: • EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU – right to clear information, accurate advertising, and contract transparency. • UN Guidelines for Consumer Protection – protection against misleading or false claims in international services. • Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 – safeguards against unfair commercial practices and false information. • International medical standards / WHO guidelines – right to verified qualifications and informed consent from medical personnel. I had my hair transplant in January 2025. And am so pleased with the results. I found Esthetic Hair through a friend who had also had a transplant done at the same clinic in 2024. After seeing his results I got in contact and was straight away impressed. Hotel & transfers are included all I had to do was book my flights. Rana was my designated contact from the clinic and she was excellent throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer my questions. All the contact was done over WhatsApp so was so easy to do. After sending my head shots over I was contacted by her with a detailed report of how my transplant would go. It had all the details about how many nights I would need to be in Turkey as well as the different packages and prices I could choose from. All I needed to do was to send them a screenshot of my flight confirmation and it secured my price and transplant date. The day before my trip Rana sent me through all the details of my hotel and even which arrivals gate to go to at Istanbul airport. She sent me a picture of my driver so I knew who to look for at the exit. - my flight arrived quite late in the evening (11pm) but she was still available on the phone and even called me once I was in the transfer vehicle to tell me what times the driver would pick me up the following morning to bring me to the clinic. The transfer vehicles were very nice and the drivers were all very friendly. The hotel (Great Fortune Design) was very pleasant. The clinic was very clean & modern with lots of friendly staff on every floor. My operation took about 8 hours in total with a few breaks in between to stretch legs abs use the bathroom etc. all the staff doing the actual operation were friendly and spoke good English. It was a pain free procedure and because I had a shield over my eyes to stop the light shining in them (I could still see to use my phone etc.) I actually fell asleep twice during implantation. The after care & after wash instructions were very clear and very easy to follow. I chose the package with a three month supply of shampoos and ointments etc, all very well presented with easy to follow instructions I am six months post op now and my results speak for themselves. My before and after pictures really do make me look & feel like a completely different person, it has boosted my self confidence massively. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Esthetic Hair Turkey and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A massive thank you also to Rana for being so friendly and available for all the questions I have had so bc e first getting in contact.

I found Esthetic hair. I was sceptical at first coming from Brisbane Australia it’s a long way from home. But the whole process was an easy one and the girls made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. I flew over with a friend and the airport transfers were waiting on time and we were picked up in a comfortable Mercedes to our hotel. The hotel was beautiful and well exceeded my expectations. Make sure you stay at the hotel as it is close to where you have surgery. The breakfast buffet is great too. The after check in we met in the lobby around 7am with the group. There was about 5 of us in the group. The trip to the clinic was about 30 minutes as the traffic is really bad in Istanbul. Once we got to the clinic again it well exceeded my expectations, huge 5-6 levels. The clinic was so well looked after and very clean. Almost had that new feel about it. After arriving at 8am we then had our hair shaved and marked up with a new hairline. Once this happens then surgery starts. I have to admit I was nervous for the pain but honestly apart from the anaesthetic which lasts 30 seconds I didn’t feel a thing for the entire 7 hours. We had one break in between and I was done by 3pm. 2500 grafts for me so that’s a good judge for anyone looking to get it done. My friend has 5000 grafts and was done by 7pm. Once surgery was complete we went back to the hotel for dinner then relaxed. I slept well that night it’s a little weird and uncomfortable with the sleep pillow they give you but it’s all so worth it. The next day you relax at the hotel watching movies. Again no pain just a little itchy. Day 3 we went to get it washed which was amazing. Swelling goes down a bit each day but expect your head to be swollen for a week. My numbness lasted a week too. But once the swelling goes down your hairline starts to pop and you look amazing. You’ll spend the next two weeks looking great then the hair will start to thin. Think of it as the hair shredding but the roots remain and then start to grow. 10 months on I honestly couldn’t be happier. My hair is thick and I feel so grateful. Best money I ever spent. I highly recommend to anyone unsure. 10/10 service and results

Cannot recommend this place to anyone, the level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication and transparency is beyond. I have just had my hair transplant done a week ago here and it honestly felt like a nightmare. There was no communication about what is going on at any point, no english speaking (on the contrary, a lot of turkish constant chatter and laughter) people coming in an out of the operation room (including visitors) as the door was wide open meanwhile my head was open on the table, no empathy or compassion, I was on the table for 8.5h and until I have asked multiple times for water and toilet no one has said anything. Also the operation has been done by a consultant not a doctor like they have said it will be. After the operation they have sent me back to the hotel and I haven’t heard anything back until I had to contact and ask when will be the washing and taking the bandages off. The washing took 5 min, no explanation about how to take care of my hair after, how to use the products I have been given, do I need to take any medication, nothing whatsoever. I also had to remind them that I have paid for Laser Therapy otherwise they would’ve sent me on my way (Bare in mind they are pushing for people to purchase this when you initially pay for the operation and it is not cheap). And to top it up, when I got dropped off at the airport by the driver of the clinic I was being asked for tips. Absolutely never again!

I regret ever stepping foot in this so-called clinic. They are manipulating people with fake reviews and false promises. What I experienced here has left me with lasting damage—physically, mentally, and emotionally. They allowed a young, inexperienced boy to perform my operation as his very first procedure, without proper supervision or oversight. The result has been catastrophic: constant pain, disfigurement, shame, and a daily battle with depression. Every single day, I spend hours reliving the moment I made the biggest mistake of my life by trusting them. This clinic has destroyed my confidence, my appearance, and a piece of my life that I will never get back. Instead of professionalism, safety, and care, I was treated as a practice subject—an experiment. No one deserves to go through what I went through. If you are considering this clinic: do not make the same mistake. Protect yourself, your health, and your future.

I had my 1st hair transplant approximately 10 months ago. The results were very impressive. My transplants were broke up into 2 sessions, the 2nd that i just had completed, was my crown area. I was a little apprehensive at first, but the staffs professionalism eased that feeling right away. The whole process was relatively pretty quick. I was so impressed that I returned to the same center to complete my transplant. Keep in mind, if you are considering this that results are not immediate. You will see results that increase month by month. I can't describe how happy I was to watch my own hair come in. I felt younger and more alive. I am hoping for the same results from my most recent procedure (just completed) 2 weeks ago. If you are on the fence about having this done, my recommendation is to do it. You have nothing to gain but your own growing hair. Esthetic Hair Turkey was great.

That was an amazing experience! The process is highly automated. The only thing you need to do is to purchase a ticket to Istanbul - everything else is carefully handled by professionals. You don't have any organisational headache - just enjoy your trip. Clinic is nice as the entire team there. Accurate, careful and experienced. No pain during surgery. I even slept a bit - I hope I didn't snore. I want to say a huge and warm thank you to all the personnel and especially to my doctors, nurses and consultants! And probably I will join those men, who are telling, that the only thing they regret about is not doing this procedure earlier.
