Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital opened in March 2017 in the Altunizade neighbourhood of Üsküdar, on the Asian side of Istanbul, as the 21st hospital of Acıbadem Healthcare Group, a Turkish hospital network owned by IHH Healthcare. The hospital has an enclosed area of 98,000 m² with 350 beds, 18 operating theatres and 75 intensive-care beds, and its official page lists JCI accreditation and a LEED Gold green-building certificate.
The hospital's Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery unit treats aesthetic and reconstructive conditions of the face, breast and body. Two of the unit's plastic surgeons, Prof. Hakan Ağır and Dr. Ayşe İrem İskenderoğlu, list rhinoplasty among their procedures. Acıbadem states that nasal airway and sinus problems are assessed jointly with the Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) department, where Altunizade ENT specialists such as Assoc. Prof. Serdar Baylançiçek and Prof. Murat Karaman list septoplasty, septorhinoplasty and rhinoplasty.
Acıbadem describes its rhinoplasty assessment as covering breathing as well as external shape. Techniques it lists include open and closed approaches, ultrasonic (piezo) bone shaping, preservation techniques that keep more of the natural dorsal structure, and cartilage grafts taken from the septum, ear or rib where support is needed. When a functional problem is present it is treated in the same operation as a septorhinoplasty. Operations take place in hospital theatres with anaesthesiology, imaging and intensive care in the same building.
International patients are handled through the hospital's Health Point unit, which the hospital says works in 16 languages. The international office arranges airport transfers and interpreter support, and the listed surgeons offer video consultations before travel.

Rhinoplasty in which the nasal bones are shaped with a vibrating ultrasonic instrument designed to cut bone while sparing the surrounding soft tissue.
A group of techniques that keep more of the natural dorsal structure of the nose where the anatomy allows, rather than removing and rebuilding it.
