Estetik International is a private plastic surgery and aesthetics group founded in 1999 by plastic surgeon Bülent Cihantimur, who is president of its board. In Türkiye it runs two centres, in Istanbul and Bursa, and its website lists further locations in Tirana, Lugano, Giza, Addis Ababa, Vienna (Virginia, USA) and Bielsko-Biała. This profile covers the Istanbul centre, which the group calls Istanbul Quasar Hospital and which the Turkish Ministry of Health lists as Özel Estetik International Tıp Merkezi, a private medical centre.
The centre is in the Quasar Istanbul complex on Büyükdere Caddesi in Mecidiyeköy, Şişli, on the European side of the city. Mecidiyeköy metro station (lines M2 and M7), the metrobus and city bus stops are within walking distance; the centre has no patient car park of its own. Its Istanbul medical team lists two plastic surgeons, a medical aesthetic physician, a urologist and an anaesthesiologist, and its services span plastic surgery, hair transplantation, medical aesthetics and dental aesthetics.
For the nose, the group's treatment pages describe simple (closed), open, secondary (revision), septo- and male rhinoplasty, and list Dr. Cihantimur as a surgeon on each of them. Other facial procedures include otoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift and the Spider Web technique, a non-surgical thread-based facial rejuvenation method that the site says Dr. Cihantimur developed and patented.
International patients can send existing medical records for a remote second opinion, and a welcome and transfer service is offered with certain treatment packages. The website is published in 12 languages. The centre holds an International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate from the Turkish Ministry of Health.

Bülent Cihantimur is an aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive surgeon who founded Estetik International in 1999 and is president of its board. The group lists him on the Istanbul Quasar medical team and as a surgeon on each of its rhinoplasty pages. His published work includes papers on a combined flap-and-thread otoplasty technique (2018) and on processing adipose tissue by-products (Aesthetic Surgery Journal, 2022).
