ID Hospital is a hospital-grade plastic surgery institution on Dosan-daero in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, about 200 m from exit 1 of Sinsa Station on Subway Line 3. It grew out of Park Sang Hoon Plastic Surgery, which Dr. Park Sang Hoon, formerly a professor at Asan Medical Center, opened in Sinsa-dong in July 2004, and it expanded into a hospital-grade medical institution in April 2009. The hospital lists eight departments: plastic surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, dentistry, dermatology, family medicine, internal medicine, surgery and anaesthesiology.
Most services are in a single tower, the ID Hospital Building, with dermatology in a separate annex. The hospital's floor guide places the Global Center for international patients on the 15th and 16th floors, a lounge and check-up centre on the 14th, the Nose & Facial Contouring Center on the 12th, the Surgery Center on the 9th to 11th, and inpatient wards with private rooms on the 7th and 8th. Dental, petit-procedure and aftercare floors are lower down. Rhinoplasty is offered by plastic surgeons together with an ENT Nose Center, and the nose pages describe assessment with nasal endoscopy, 3D CT and high-resolution ultrasound.
The hospital describes 20 operating rooms with HEPA filtration, positive-pressure control and an air shower. It also lists more than 30 beds, a self-contained power supply, a blood bank, an ambulance, a recovery room and intensive care unit, and fire-resistant construction on every floor. Board-certified anaesthesiologists are stated to be on site 24 hours. Recovery-room nurses with intensive-care backgrounds monitor patients one-to-one after surgery. Surgical plans are discussed in a weekly conference of plastic surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, otolaryngology and anaesthesiology.
For international patients the hospital offers in-house interpreters, which it says cover 10 languages, airport pick-up and drop-off, and online consultation. It can also be contacted through WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE and Skype.

Secondary surgery to correct earlier rhinoplasty, including implant removal or replacement, partial revision, filler removal and correction of a contracted nose. Rib cartilage is harvested through a short incision under the breast fold when more graft material is needed.
The hospital's named approach to shaping the nasal profile. It combines a carved implant, hump reduction where needed and cartilage tip plasty to adjust the line from bridge to tip.
Rhinoplasty that uses the patient's own septal, ear or rib cartilage, temporalis fascia or dermal fat, or donated dermis or cartilage, in place of a silicone implant.
Primary rhinoplasty that raises the nasal bridge with an implant and shapes the tip with ear or septal cartilage. Septal extension grafting and tip refinement are added where the nose needs lengthening or a more defined tip.
ENT-led surgery for a deviated septum, nasal valve narrowing and enlarged turbinates. It can be combined with cosmetic rhinoplasty, with plastic surgeons and ENT specialists working together.
Rhinoplasty aimed at a straighter, more angular male nasal profile. It often corrects a dorsal hump and a deviated septum together, with cartilage grafts to support the nasal valve.
Realignment of a broken nasal bone, with correction of any septal deviation causing obstruction. The fracture is assessed by 3D CT, and the operation is offered as a same-day procedure.
