Liv Hospital Ulus – Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery

Liv Hospital Ulus is a private general hospital in the Ulus neighbourhood of Beşiktaş, on the European side of Istanbul. It opened in 2013 and belongs to the Liv Hospital brand of MLP Care, the group that also runs the Medical Park hospitals. MLP Care gives its floor area as 28,680 m², and the hospital-planning firm Acendis, which lists it among its reference projects, gives 154 beds and eight operating rooms. Liv states that the hospital received Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation shortly after it opened, and its 2024 activity report says that Ulus earned JCI certification again. The hospital page lists a 3 Tesla MRI, a da Vinci surgical robot and an MR-Linac radiotherapy unit, and links to 122 doctors.

Liv's Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery department page lists facial procedures including rhinoplasty, forehead and eyebrow lift, mid-face rejuvenation, face and neck lift, eyelid surgery and prominent-ear correction, alongside breast, body-contouring and reconstructive surgery. Two surgeons at Ulus list rhinoplasty on their profiles. Plastic surgeon Asst. Prof. Aslı Datlı joined in 2025 and completed a microsurgery fellowship at ASAN Medical Center in Seoul. ENT surgeon Prof. Ömer Erdur joined in 2026 and lists primary and revision rhinoplasty and endoscopic nasal and sinus surgery.

International patients are looked after by Liv's International Guest Center, whose staff includes interpreters, international patient coordinators and physicians who follow up international patients. Its standard services include a medical second opinion, appointment scheduling, translation of medical records into English, transfers from Istanbul and Sabiha Gökçen airports and to hotels booked by the team, visa support and direct billing with contracted international insurers. Liv's 2024 activity report states that the group has treated patients from 171 countries and that its international team speaks 25 languages.
