Bahçeci Fulya IVF Centre (Bahçeci Fulya Tüp Bebek Merkezi) is the Istanbul centre of Bahçeci Health Group, a fertility group founded by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bahçeci. The group's international website calls it the Istanbul main centre. It occupies the third floor of the Terrace Fulya Center on Hakkı Yeten Caddesi, in the Teşvikiye neighbourhood of Şişli, and began operating in 2009. Bahçeci's Turkish page gives the centre's area as 2,500 m², with an embryology laboratory, operating theatres and 16 inpatient beds, and lists 11 physicians. The named team includes gynaecology and IVF specialists, a urologist, an anaesthesiologist and a psychologist. The centre is open on weekdays from 08:30 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 08:30 to 14:00.
The treatments Bahçeci describes include IVF with microinjection (ICSI), high-magnification sperm selection (IMSI), AI-assisted sperm selection, time-lapse embryo culture, preimplantation genetic testing, embryo freezing, assisted hatching, micro-TESE for men with no sperm in the ejaculate, and hysteroscopy. Bahçeci states that sperm, eggs and embryos are tracked with an electronic security and digital verification system, and that doctors from all its centres meet every week to review patient files together. ESHRE's register of accredited ART centres lists the clinic as 'Bahceci Fulya IVF Clinic', with accreditation valid until 31 December 2028; Bahçeci notes that this certificate applies to the Fulya clinic only.
Bahçeci Health Group runs 10 centres in five countries and is part of FutureLife Group. For patients travelling from abroad, Bahçeci assigns a patient coordinator from the first call, offers online consultations and a doctor's review of medical records before travel, and can help arrange accommodation and transport. The centre page lists the Lausos Palace Hotel Şişli as a partner hotel.

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bahçeci is the founder and Medical Director of Bahçeci Health Group, and the group's international site lists him at the Istanbul Fulya IVF Centre. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1980, completed his obstetrics and gynaecology specialisation there in 1985, spent a year on postgraduate IVF work at Wayne State University in Detroit in 1990 and became a professor in 2000. He set up the IVF centre at Istanbul's German Hospital in 1996 and went on to found Bahçeci centres including the Nişantaşı women's health centre (1997) and the Umut IVF Centre (2006); the group's Fulya centre began operating in 2009.

After ovarian stimulation and monitoring visits, eggs are retrieved under anaesthesia and fertilised in the laboratory by microinjection (ICSI). The embryos are cultured for three to five days before transfer, which is done without anaesthesia.
